Mercy, our little westie, loved both Jason and Alicia. They were patient, cooperative, and had excellent ideas to take her picture, which is saying something because she doesn't sit still at the best of times. They also do weddings and events, and have excellent photo composition (as seen on their website). Additionally, their prices for prints are more than reasonable, and their work is excellent. I'm having them pull together a photo album of our wedding pictures as we speak. After seeing the photos, my parents hired them to do a family portrait this coming August. I'll update my review then, but I'm sure it will still be positive. Jason and Alicia are courteous, easy to work with, and very good at what they do. Well, after seeing the photos Svetlana took, I could not even try those lies on myself. I could not deny that I looked absolutely beautiful, gorgeous, amazing, sexy... I was proud to be the one in the photos and say, that's me! [My husband of course didn't have anything to improve upon - he's so handsome already ;)] Svetlana perfectly and beautifully captured our excitement of getting engaged, the unspoken feelings of love and appreciation my soon to be husband had for each other, thinking about spending our lives taking care of each other. She captured beautiful pictures at each occasion, keeping us comfortable while taking photos during the very intimate moments of our lives. She was very professional and her pictures were of the highest quality and encompassed all the important memories of the occasion. I recommend her for all family, special occasion or just for fun photos! She is experienced, extremely talented and has an incredible knack for providing gorgeous and original pictures. The photographer was lovely and made it easy to get all the shots we wanted. unfortunately the…read moreimages came out overly light and when I asked Nicole if she'd be willing to do edits or provide the original image so I could do edits she refused despite showing her several images. These were printed from her suggested lab, and you can see the faces are so light it's hard to see. I was really disappointed because none of the the images of the ceremony were worth printing out ( lesson learned don't have a wedding at 4pm in the summer- it's too bright) but even all these photos ( taken in the shade) were still very light. I don't recommend this service since they don't provide re-edits and don't seem to know how to deal with outdoor weddings.

My wife and I are very disappointed with the results of our wedding pictures. The photos that we…read morereceived were over-exposed to the point where the groomsmen and bridesmaids' facial features were lost in the majority of outdoor shots. Much of the lace detail on my wife's dress was washed out in pictures and the dress appeared to be white even though it has a blush tone. This issue, along with others, was evident throughout the vast majority of the photos we received. There was lots of natural light at our church as well as the reception venue (often ideal for portrait photography). The exposure could have been addressed manually on the DSLR camera, or by simply adjusting the exposure, saturation, and balance during the editing process. The concerns we raised were met with excuses and justifications as to why the photos were so washed out and over-exposed. All in all, it was certainly not the experience that we expected or hoped for. Unfortunately, after posting reviews on Google and WeddingWire, Nicole has mentioned pursuing legal action against my wife and me multiple times unless we take them down (this is factual, not libel). We aren't ones to typically post negative reviews, but we just want others to be aware of our experience with Nicole Sarah Photography. This review was posted simply to share information about the type of product/customer service that we received.
