The other clinics I want to were very big on ice, heat and Tenz, which is fine, but I much prefer the hands on approach that Action Sport seems to favour. In just a few sessions, my shoulder improved significantly. My physio also gave me exercises to do at home - you're given access to a patient portal where you can view or print out your exercises. In terms of pricing, the evaluation is $105 and treatments are $90 for 30 minutes. Well worth it - I highly recommend!

Services: I was able to look at everyone's bio online as well as schedule my own appointment via the website, which I appreciated. I chose François-Olivier based on his experience, which is very well-rounded and aligned with my needs. My first visit was an assessment and F-O asked me several questions starting with what my main objective was - which is great since I have more than one but need to prioritize ! I found him to be attentive and he explained things well. After doing a short treatment session, he suggested a few exercises that I can do at home and let me know that there is some work to do (with him). I appreciated his transparency in that he can't guarantee that osteo will resolve my issue and feel like he manages my expectations well. Thus far, I've seen him several times and resolved some of my crap. Price point: $115 per session. Based on my experience, I would recommend Osteo-Sport but not if everyone tries to book an appointment with F-O
