My husband and I were hungry after a long day driving around and saw this patisserie across the street from the cathedral. It is very good. My husband bought a religieuse and a coffee eclair for himself and I had the Basque came. The filling in the Basque cake was glorious: real vanilla paste, rum and creamy. The cake was soft and tasty. My husband loved both of the pastries he got. I tried the coffee cream in the religieuse and it was great. They have a location in Pau and I would visit that one too.
