Needless to say, State Farm, my insurance carrier at the time, refused the claims, as they knew they could never recover anything from the at fault driver. I contacted NS&T, back when it was primarily advertised as just Corey B Trotz. While it took some time, partially due to the fact that the court case seemed to never get all the necessary people together at one time, they were able to get me, after their cut, over $15,000. This came at the right time, due to unplanned expenses. So for a car wreck, I can recommend NS&T. They acted professionally, courteously, and helped me when I needed help in dealing with a corrupt insurance company.

Seven weeks later, they discovered what I had learned the next day, that the motorist was uninsured. Someone called me, and told me there was a potential conflict of interest, and they dropped my case. With $73,000 of medical bills, I was most distraught. I called the Gold law firm, and David told me he would take the case. Not only were all of my medical bills paid, but I received $29,000 after everything was settled. What a difference in personal care instead of selling to the public. Go with David Gold if you want competent representation!

When I started I was given one amount and out the blue a few months later my payment all but doubled, when I questioned why I couldn't get any straight answers. He basically told me that it went up because of the amount of money I make. I asked him how many years would I be paying that amount he said 5, I told him that if I paid that amount I would be paying them almost 30,000 more then my actual debt, he still could not give me a straight answer as to why or how. The legal assistant who don't care about nothing and gets smart and have a nasty attitude when all you want is answers begin to tell me that what they have and what the trustees office have are different which sounded like BS. The trustees office had one amount she called herself trying to justify the BS and gave me a totally different amount. The only reason I haven't dropped the whole bankruptcy is because my car is part of it and I'm scared they will come get considering the note aint been paid since I filed. This has got to be a crime.
