Thieves!!! ordered 2 pairs of Jr. Atomic skis for my son which they didn't have in stock on October 4th and paid 1,008. Made them very aware I needed them before we left for training in CO mid-November. 4 weeks went by and they still didn't get the order filled. Sent an email to Artech on November 6th explaining the situation and I had to cancel the order with them having no other choice as it was getting too close to the deadline. Ordered the skis and bindings from local shop (who also had to special order) which they got for me in three days! No response from Artech after I canceled the order! Received a refund on my card for 883.50. When asked what this refund represented Beth at Artech explained they charged me a 25% restocking fee of 224.50 and with an explanation that it wasn't their fault that Atomic couldn't fill the order! So they charge a restocking fee for items they didn't even have in stock! No warning or any mention of this 25% fee at all. Unbelievable especially since I have spent thousands with them over the years and I was very satisfied. Sent many emails and left messages trying to be reasonable...0% response. So Artech is now an unreasonable group of theives who have 0 interest in making it right or even discussing an issue. I am now taking appropriate action to get my stolen money back! Obviously will never be using them again and encouraging others to do the same. Not sure who is leading this operation but good luck keeping Artech in business! read more

Bought a ski race suit for my son. Paid $50 for 2nd day air. FedEx was late delivering the package. Artech contacted FedEx on my behalf & made sure I received my item. The suit I received was the wrong size. Artech bent over backwards to correct the mistake, refunded my shipping, & gave me 50% off the suit. Then sold me the 2nd suit for my younger son at the same super discounted price. Even with the mistake, I would absolutely purchase from them again. read more
