Today, I had an incredibly unpleasant & humiliating experience at "Art Threading & Spa, Herndon". Despite being a regular customer and eligible for their loyalty program, I was denied my 7th free eyebrow threading. The employee punched the free box and refused to honor the program. I was initially unsure if I had made a mistake and paid for the service, but upon questioning, I was told that I could receive the free threading next time, but my payment would not be refunded. Upon returning to my car, I realized that due to being in my third trimester of pregnancy, it may be some time before I am able to return to the spa, and that it may be difficult for them to remember me. I therefore decided to return to the store to ask for a signed card to ensure that I could claim my free threading at a later date. Unfortunately, upon returning to the store, the employee made an insulting comment about my return for the $10 refund. This made me feel embarrassed and degraded, as I was not only being denied what I was entitled to but also being taken advantage of. Although I am uncertain if I will receive what I am owed, it is important for businesses to treat their customers with respect and not to deceive or take advantage of them. Pujan does an amazing job with brows! Even though this is a new business, Pujan has many years experience managing brow businesses in the area. I was skeptical but with aging, have lost my full brows. She filled them in with microblading and the result was perfect! I was very pleased with the whole process and it only took a couple of days to completely heal. Great value for the price too! Pujan has also theaded my 16 year old daughters brows several times and they are consistently beautiful. The salon is clean, modern, sunny and pleasant and I highly recommend! read more

I have been going for two years now and the owner is the very best in the area. She is also super friendly and professional. Her assistant is good too! I had a good experience here at Art Threading & Spa. They mean business--I got there mid-afternoon and waited 5 minutes or so before being seated. In another 5 minutes, she finished shaping my overgrown eyebrows and they looked perfect. For the price and how quick the visit was, this was a great value for me. I love this salon. Most services are available Tuesday thru Saturday and on the other days, there are some services that are appointment only. The ladies are always so kind as well as knowledgeable. They keep the salon really clean, and they where their masks, which makes me comfortable. I love my eyelashes and I will be back for my other services, and a laugh soon. read more

Great price and the owner does an amazing job with eyebrows, she's also super sweet. It's first to come first serve and the owner gets a lot of customers that are willing to wait for her so the second or third chair is faster if you're in a hurry. This is the best place for fixing eyebrows. They also do other services there like waxing. Recomended!! read more

Art threading and spa did an amazing job on my Brazilian! The facility is very clean and the staff is professional and friendly. She asked several times if the wax was too hot which other places I've been to haven't. She did a great job! It was super cheap compared to other places in the area at only 40. My eyebrows were always uneven when I went to any other place but art threading and spa does an amazing job! I've been threading my entire face and it feels so smooth and clean after. Any other place would always miss a couple of hairs, but this place has amazing service for a great, reasonable price. My go to for eyebrows/hair removal for sure. read more
