You are first faced with a sea of discount bins that sell everything from bling, adornments, ribbons, kits to decorate, ink pads, paint tubes and more. There are rows of spectacular scrapbooking paper (which we buy to cut out and decorate cards), there are embellishments galore, and so many art and craft projects to decorate. I've take to buying the letters for my BBFs that spell out their names and then decorate in various bling and embellishments and brads in their favourite colours to give them for their birthdays. It's located on the same side as the entrance to Villa and Hut, only when you're facing the outside door to Villa and Hut, look to your right toward the other shopping centre entrance and it's there. The staff are friendly and helpful and you could go every week and see different supplies as they get the older stock from the main Kaisercraft stores. Happy art and crafting!!!!!

Super-mega Spotlight. I. Kid. You. Not…read more This new Spotlight has two levels, with the second level mostly devoted to everything 'party'. Probably the largest one I've ever been in, they have absolutely everything. I've actually been in here a couple of times... the first of which I was too awe-struck to check-in! Seriously, for an arts, crafts, and typically haberdashery store, they have bloody everything.

After visiting the Mentone store this morning, approximately 9.35am I was quiet disturbed to find…read morenearly no staff available .. no one in the quilting/ material cutting area. Only a lady ( might add very nice and very polite) in the furnishing section around the corner who could not help me with my enquiry. Was told I should come back after 11 when more staff would be available to help me with my enquiry. She was servicing both areas with cutting of material. So off I went to investigate again to see if I had missed where this item would be. Not being able to find anyone to help me I must be honest I left. The cashier was also lovely but said she was the only one on and could not help. These girls seemed to be the only ones on the ground floor. I want it known that they were very polite. But have to ask where were the staff??? My item I required you might ask was a silicon thimble, yes not a huge amount of money, but what you don't realise is that I am an avid quilter had material that I wanted but could not get any service. I just thought you might like to know. I will still use your store as I do think it's a great asset to our area and use it frequently, but not happy today with the great lack of service Regards Jill M.
