One of the music boxes was dropped on the floor completely shattered by their staff Samantha, while she was inspecting it. I decided not to pick up the lot and request a refund 2) Two items in the lot are music boxes; which DO NOT play music :-( It was NOT mentioned in the subject line, but only in fine print in their auction listing. It's easy to overlook and I overlooked it. In my opinion, it is not ethical to sell music boxes which do not play music, and mention in fine print. The item was accidentally shattered by their staff, prior to picking it up. Hence, I requested a full refund. It took a while and follow ups, but they processed my refund. They also assured me, they will issue refunds promptly in future.

I brought this to their attention but did not receive a response. Then they took ONE of the Zane Grey series books & paired it with a book on comic book heroes. The final straw was a vintage reel of film for a Republican convention which, a year later, has not come up for auction. My numerous emails have gone unanswered. At the time of the consignment, David Quinn commented on its value for scrap metal. SO unprofessional! I am filing complaints with the AGO, BBB and any other agency that governs auction houses.

It is two stories and has a decent amount of art, but can be pretty easily done in 30-45 min. There is much more than traditionally framed art- there are light installations, interactive pieces, and all kinds of different textures and modes of art. I was impressed to see a Chihuly chandelier too! A great mix of small, impactful pieces and large grand ones. So many great photo moments. The staff here were wonderful. Passionate and helpful. The security was also so kind and I chit chatted with them throughout my visit. This is one of those places that makes you feel patriotic without feeling political. I was in awe of all the amazing things I learned here.
