Insurance agent Jerry Felix texted me "B*tch* after I called and asked to be removed from their list. After filling out an online request form via Costco Insurance, my info was sold/given to Arrowstar Insurance this past Saturday. I left my phone charging in the other room while I reviewed quotes from the companies I HAD requested info from (NONE of them were Arrowstar) and when I checked my phone about 30 minutes later, I had 5 missed calls in a row from two different numbers (both belonging to Arrowstar) and a text message. Each call was about 1 minute apart and I had a voicemail from Jerry Felix. When I called and asked to be removed from their list, as well as complain about the multiple phone calls, Jerry became hostile on the phone and hung up on me. I then called back to ask to speak to a manager, but only had his direct line, so he hung up on me three additional times after mocking the questions I had asked earlier. Then, he actually had the nerve to send me a text message calling me a "b*tch." As most of these companies do, Jerry had already e-mailed me a form message with all of his information when I didn't answer his initial phone calls. His signature included his license number, and I am in the process of filing complaints with the BBB and California Dept. of Insurance. I've also reached out to the company and left a message with Justin DiBene, who was very apologetic over the weekend and sent my info (along with screen grabs of my phone) to their management team, although they have yet to respond. This guy does not belong in ANY customer facing role given how he used my personal information to harass me. If he continues to be employed by this company, take your business elsewhere. read more

At first I was skeptical. After being with AAA forever, we moved to this insurance because of an incident with my husband's driving record. The first rep we had was horrible. Not only was she almost impossible to reach, she under-insured us leaving us without coverage when my husband's car was hit on the street. Yes, I realize I should have reviewed the policy but as well, the agent could have taken the time time advise on the coverage - as other companies do. Should have gotten the point when it took 2 months for them to get my policy right and appease my bank who was constantly sending me letters of non-coverage. 2 years later different vehicle same issues. They failed to insure the correct vehicle which I found out from the letter I received from DMV canceling my registration. Have been trying to get a hold of someone who can resolve the issue for two weeks. Voicemails, Emails, Voicemails on agents cell phone with no response. What a joke. I can't believe these people operate their business like this in California and insurance of all things. You would have better luck getting to the bottom of things with your insurance with the clerk at the grocery store. Buyer beware. read more

I never write a bad review so imagine how upset I am !!! Jerry is manipulative and a liar. I had issues with him before but I still gave him the benefit of doubt and many second chances to redeem himself. At one point, he even had two different insurance companies charging me for auto insurance !!!! I had to email him and call him MULTIPLE times before I got a reply but when it came to renewing my insurance he was readily available !!! This time around, he charged me a broker's fee of almost $300 when he said that the down payment amount will cover first and last month and a "small" broker's fee. I contacted another broker and he did not have ANY broker's fee and said he hasn't heard of anyone charging first and last month. I keep asking him for a receipt for the last 3 weeks and he hasn't sent it to me yet !!!! Just bad customer service, I am so glad I found someone honest, he doesn't know what he is doing !!!!
