Landlord is a jerk. He has a sneaky sentence in his lease that locks you in for two years from moving your trailer if you ever want to move it. The property is always water lodged and the grass service is a rip off. Live there for 5 years and got screwed when the person who bought my trailer wanted to move it. read more
