I know he is the owner because his company and another company I work doing part-time security work at the VBC. I stuck my hand out to shake his to introduce myself and I gave him my name he didn't budge to shake mine or give me his name. I then went on to say I applied for two jobs last night on indeed, two overnight jobs. One as a bouncer and one doing security somewhere. He tells me I was at the wrong place for the bouncer job because they don't do that. I said saw it online and it said come here. He then tells me I must have misread it. I said sir, you are the only Southern Jamm on Leeman Ferry in Huntsville, I can show you the application. He said well show it to me. I showed it to him and then he tells in the back for some guy and asked did he put it on indeed. The guy told him it has been up there before I started. The guy says he started in January. The owner then goes on to say the other job was filled. I then turn and walk out of the there. I was highly pissed. If this guy treats any patrons like he treated he when he is subcontracting at the VBC, he really needs to be evaluated. I'm full time manager in the day, I also like doing security. There is no way an owner of a company should treat a prospective employee like he did me or yell at his employee in front of me for something the employee had nothing to do with.
