I had equipment the condo company had installed and never explained to me. Also, I had my ringer turned off and he called me several times and waited in front of my place! I have a problem with the business owner who proudly proclaims to be female, which is irrelevant. I am a proud female veteran doesn't matter. I am simply asking for an itemized bill. So any business who is hesitant to provide an itemized bill leads me to believe they are overcharging me for services. They are now quick to threaten me with legal action, even though I wrote them a check short of $123 what they were asking for which I said I would pay by the first and they keep threatening me with late fees ! I do not recommend this business at all. I recommend this proud female business owner to not communicate with customers in the future and to just run the books and let her husband do his job.

He reminded me of a used car salesman. I ran into a friend who was familiar with them and he had a similar opinion. I would not hire them again. PS I could have done the work they did in about an hour if I was 20 years younger. It cost almost $400.

I contacted them using their webform, and unfortunately,.. before reading other reviews regarding this fee that they charge and ended up passing on using them when they contacted me. There's many other excellent electricians in the area that won't charge you a penny to come by and with no obligations to use them. That's the way we ended up going and we'll still have the excellence of service at a very competitive price. I'm sure Lloyd's is a great company and this review is not suggesting otherwise, but, do you want to spend $149 to end up not even using them? Lloyd's might consider a new policy for 2025, ..."your $149 estimate fee will be credited to your work", in-other-words, if you went with using Lloyd's, they would credit you that $149 back. Sadly, that is not their policy. Yet.
