We walked in and it was an amazing experience from the actual fixing of the pants to his hospitality and willingness to give us tips and information about his hometown and surroundings. Great customer service, amazing work, and great person to have met.

Not Happy! Very Expensive - May as well get it done through…read morethe hotel at these prices. Twice the price per bag we paid in Amsterdam & half the quality of service. Some clothing was still damp! Washing was poorly folded. Items were mixed up with many people in the group receiving other people's items in their bags. Definitely won't be getting our business again next time we visit. Very disappointed.
