After finally getting intouch with a different agent, the agent stated they could send me an return label and all I had to do was return the item for a full refund. I returned the item and had to call for the refund, which I was told I will only receive partial amount due to shipping and mystery gift which is supposively a promo code email to me that I never received or used. DO NOT buy from this company. I paid $400 for the hotel scents and the Mini Pro. 24hrs after placing my order I then had a sales rep call me and basically say in so many words that the MiniPro is not that great and tried to upsell me. I cancelled my whole order on the phone with her that day because the call just felt dishonest. They still shipped the order telling me it was too late to cancel and that the order had shipped. When I got the package I figured I would open it to check it out. I popped open 2 of the 5 hotel scents to see what they smelled like. They were not good at all. I contacted customer because I wanted to return everything and they told me I could not return anything if it was opened and that they would be "inspecting the order" once it was returned. I still have the email. I was totally shocked. To top it off, the hotel scents didn't even work with the Mini Pro I ordered. Didn't see that mentioned on the website nor did the sales rep notify me of this when she called me to upsell product. These folks are total crooks. I have purchased this product and each time the towers stop working. Now, when they work they are excellent but the towers simply do not last. I have spent much money on this. Now I have bottles just sitting because my tower has stopped working. Much cheaper options out there. I have attempted to reach customer service several times and each time I was informed that there is a wait time. The only time they reply to my chat message was was after four hours. Who sits at their computer for four hours, waiting for a reply? I happen to have the phone number of the agent that contacted me after I placed my original order, and he was shocked that I was able to find him. However, he said that I can always reach out to him and he would assist me. I informed him that I didn't care for the scent I had ordered and he offered to send me seven samples which we chose together. I never received the samples, and when I contacted him, I was asked me to choose scents again, and stated he would ship them to me without a shipping fee. Yes, they have a shipping fee for oil on a stick sample! To this day, I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone through chat. This has been a very disappointing experience. read more

Buyer beware. I've purchased 3 units from Aroma360 and multiple scents, so I have sufficient experience to provide an accurate review.  First off, the scents are pretty good. A lot of misses but you'll most likely find some you like.  Secondly, the equipment is so-so. The entry level units are not for any serious applications and just a way for them to get your info so they can pitch you on their expensive options. Even if you're okay with that, thing you need to be aware of is their predatory billing practices.  If you are going to order anything from them EVER, make sure you use a virtual card that you can cancel. After every purchase, be ready for them to call you so they can try to convince you that you bought the wrong items and need their VIP program (a scam to lock you into a 3 year contract)  If you manage to avoid that, like I luckily did, and just buy a system full price, they'll still put your oils on a recurring subscription and you cannot cancel it without contacting them. Then, when you contact them they'll delay and delay, switch agents multiple times and act like they don't have your previous conversations, try to sell you alternative subscriptions, then if you refuse THEY'LL SIMPLY JUST STOP ANSWERING you and then continue to bill you anyways. Your only option is to cancel your card.  As long as you understand all of these caveats and want your house to smell pretty good, then go for it. read more

UPDATE : a business manager commented on my review, I'm assuming to save face and said they would follow up. I didn't hear anything back, so I reached out a week ago (pic attached) and still haven't received a response. Another example of their terrible customer service. Don't buy this product. I purchased less than 2 years ago and only used it when I had visitors. It started to make a loud humming/buzzing noise and wasn't putting out scent like a normal working machine would. I contacted aroma360 to do troubleshooting and nothing seemed to work. Instead of offering a replacement, they said I could buy another one. I sent two emails and I never received a reply. I finally had my scheduled phone call with customer service and they said I need to go to the police department to file that it was stolen? Reward system doesn't make any sense at all. I accumulated a bunch of points to be able to buy extra oil just to be told you can't use the points for anything on sale or any oil. So long story short, my $100 reward certificate is useless. It doesn't seem like a great way to treat your long-term customers. read more

DO NOT BUY. I tried for a few days getting contact with customer service. Finally they answered my emails but they couldn't help much. They "reset" my diffuser and still not releasing the scent. Works loud and non stopping. The solution? Replace the equipment Mini360 for $149 hahahaha. What a joke!!! Expend good money towards a garbage product. I had the diffuser for 8 months. This is the worst customer service I have ever experience. My credit card was charged twice this month and I wanted a receipt. Only to be told they do not have the ability to give receipts for the family plan. I was transferred multiple times and put on hold for over 20 minutes in total just to be told there is nothing they can do. If I could rate this company -10 stars I would. I'm in an ongoing dispute with the company as they are holding me to a three-year contract at $115 a month although they haven't sent me a bottle of scent in over 13 months. When I call, I get moved around from person to person, but no one ever helps and they could care less about me. They even threatened to sue me because I stopped payment on the last two shipments which never came even though they take responsibility or so they say for a glitch in their system, whereby they never mailed me anything. The scam deepens as they move me back-and-forth between the billing department, a third-party, and aroma 360 sales each says the other needs to handle my problem, but neither does. It's infuriating. I recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. I have no idea why I agreed to a three-year contract amount to $5000 with 9% APR, but that was my first mistake! I ordered Christmas scent before Christmas to make sure our house will smell amazing during the holiday dinners and they're just shipping my orders today (Jan. 9) - it's not even in UPS yet, they just created the label. Shady business. No phone number to contact. Outsources chat and they are no help. They trick you into purchasing extras at the final payment page without proper confirmation first. They make you pay shipping to return items sent to you an authorized. Hundreds of complaints about them online and on the Better Business Bureau. They don't respond to emails . One time I contacted them immediately after they tricked me into purchasing something extra at the payment screen, and they said they couldn't cancel the order that it was too late and already shipped. This was within seconds of the payment going through. They lie. Their phone number is disconnected. Would never do business with them. read more

DO NOT BUY! Mini pro quit working less than 3mo after purchase. I have spent hours and tons of emails trying to get resolution (not just more calls) from the service and tech team, and after EVERY interaction, customer service called with an up sell offer (while my problem still had not been resolved)! Situational awareness anyone?? The rep told me the up sell offer is mandatory, regardless of the conversation. In addition, the bottles are all defective. They finally offered to replace 2 of the 7, yet all 7 were defective. After much escalation, they have agreed to replace all and the diffuser in theory - but I have no tracking number. Also, the customer service rep told me that the mini cant be used for more than 3-4hrs and cannot be stored on the wireless charger - or they will break. Neither of which is disclosed in the product literature. And guess what - but if you buy the Divinci!!! All problems are solved with a 3yr subscription for this awesome product and service. read more

If you want to avoid headaches, do not order from this company. Their customer service is horrible and it took me 5 times to reach them about my refund that they should have credited me weeks ago! I had canceled my order an hour after placing the order because I started to read hundreds of negative reviews about the bad products and bad customer service, and therefore, I sent an email canceling the order an hour after placing the order because they have no number to be able to speak to someone live so I kept sending emails requesting cancelation. After 3 days, I finally get an email back stating the order has been shipped when I have attempted 3 times to cancel on the day I placed the order! So as soon as I received the shipment, I didn't open it and had it shipped back. And with all the headaches of trying to get someone live and trying to get status on my cancelation, and not to mention, the inconvenience of going out of my way to ship back, they took weeks to credit my refund after having confirmation it had been received AND they charged me $14.95 for return shipping when it could have been avoided if someone would have acknowledged my email cancellation on the same day order was placed. Ive had no choice but to make public the awful experience Ive had with Aroma 360. I got suckered into a free wireless diffuser if you keep a scent subscription for 3 months. The concept is wonderful however the product is trash. My first wireless diffuser worked for about 2 weeks. After extensive trial and error, they decided to send me a new scent bottle in case that was defective. Waited for a week or so for the scent to arrive with no luck in resolving the issue. Finally they decided to replace my diffuser but unfortunately the wirless ones are discontinued. So I was sent a wired one which i accepted out of desperation. Once my wired diffuser arrived it also lasted about 2 weeks. At which now the company wants me to get back on a call with them and troubleshoot again. Im sorry but Im not a member of the Aroma360 research and development team. If two of your diffusers broke so fast by no fault of anyone here, then imagine after being owned a year or two when the warranty doesnt exist. These are signs of a company of which I dont want to do business with and better to pull the parachute cord now. Felix Thomas!!! The bestI recently purchased the mini and it never worked because the tube they sent for the 50ml and it would crimp in the bottle, so there was no mist. They did replace it however no mist. After many emails to the company and no help from the females( Diana..email) and (Vanessa on I.G) I was corresponding with I was frustrated and requested a RA# however they didn't reply to my request. I spent $428.00 because I purchased extra oils, so this was an "important" purchase for me as I rely on my water fountains and scents for balance. I found the office number and called and the Heaven opened when Felix Thomas answered my call. Recently, I attempted to accept a limited time offer for a special price on a diffuser. The website timed out and I lost the special pricing. I called into Aroma360's call center and spoke with Felix Thomas. He advised he needed to followup with me to determine if the company would honor my promotional pricing. He checked in multiple times during the week as he was waiting for approval. A week later, after I had figured the pricing wasn't going to be honored, I received an email and call from Felix. I love when a home smells so good! it was very easy to call and them to send the HVAC system as long as I agree that I would purchase the oils which I have and it's been great. However I purchased this because I have three boys and two dogs in my home which one of my dogs my bulldog And my husband and one of my sons are having reactions after a whole year of Dr. Vet appointments we've narrowed it down to. It's what I'm putting out in our HVAC system nicely. I call everybody I can and they pretty much tell me I need to pay $6000 to get out of the contract however I have six bottles of oils that I have not used cause I've had to shut it off, and I have the system that I have offered to return, they have no care in the world and all they say is that I owe them $6000 now after I've paid $120 a month for over a year I've called as a manager and is poorly managers because I'm sure in my situation there's something better could do I'm pretty sure they don't need my $6000 but this is what I deal with so now I have product in my home I wouldn't even wanna offer it to somebody else. I'd like to return it to them and meanwhile I'm still going to be charged.
