I have been seeing Christine at Reelax Spa for the past four years, and I can honestly say she has…read morebeen an invaluable part of my healing and wellness journey. What sets Christine apart is that she is not a typical massage therapist with a one-size-fits-all approach. She truly understands how the body works and customizes every session based on your individual needs, concerns, and goals. She takes the time to assess what your body needs that day and makes the most effective use of every minute you spend with her. Throughout the years, Christine has helped me manage injuries, chronic inflammation, joint pain, and recovery from various physical challenges. Most recently, after my total knee replacement, I felt that physical therapy alone was not providing the progress I needed. Christine stepped in and was able to accelerate my healing and recovery in ways I could genuinely feel. Her expertise in areas such as lymphatic drainage and inflammation management has made a tremendous difference in my overall well-being. Beyond her hands-on techniques, she has also provided guidance on vitamins, wellness practices, and other supportive therapies that have helped address the areas where I struggle most. Her depth of knowledge, intuition, and dedication to her clients are truly remarkable. I trust Christine completely with my care, and I honestly cannot imagine where I would be today without her expertise and support. She is a true healer, and there is simply no one else like her. If you are looking for someone who is invested in your long-term health and healing, I cannot recommend Christine highly enough.
