We bought three vanities from Paramus Kitchen & Bath, one 49" and two 24", and when they were…read moredelivered, quality was well below expectations. All three units had rather big uneven gaps. The drawers on the big one are misaligned. They even installed top drawers in the exact spot where the sinks go, even though we bought the sinks and tops from them at the same time. Our contractor had to tear the drawers apart and reattach the fronts just to make the vanities usable. What is also interesting, when we ordered it, the salesperson did hand-drawing of the big vanity. This drawing is probably the only blueprint that was used during manufacturing. The paint on the edges is already wearing off. There are a couple of places where the primer is showing through. And the vanities we received look somewhat different from the showroom models, which had tight, clean gaps, not the big, uneven ones we got. We even stopped by the store to show them the issues. The person who took our order said she would send someone to our home to look at the problems. We never heard from her again. To be fair, the countertops are exceptionally good. But as we understand it, they are manufactured and installed by a different company that Paramus Kitchen & Bath subcontracts. After vanities were installed, they came to our home, took all the measurements, then in a few days they came again and installed countertops. Top quality. Out of our entire renovation, buying from Paramus Kitchen & Bath was the biggest mistake we made.

I needed porcelain tile for my bathroom renovation and my sister recommended this place…read more There is plenty of parking in the lot. Inside, they have a very large multi story space in with a countless number of options. We were approached by salesman Dan, who showed us many options and ideas. We were looking for a wood plank style porcelain tile for the floor and we found it in the second floor. After we settled on the wall tiles, he gave us samples to take home. The rest of our correspondence was through e-mail, exchanging square footage and elevation drawings for quotes. After some back and forth we settled on the price and I approved the order. The order was ready to be picked up the next day so I went and paid. Then the pickup was located around the back at their warehouse. Everyone's order was shrinkwrapped and laid on wood palettes. The guy got mine down with a forklift and then helped unpack and unload them off the palette and helped carry them into my car trunk. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place for your tiling needs.

I was impressed with their service and selection and had no idea when I walked in what was the appropriate tile needed for floor and walls in a bathroom. The showroom is huge with an extensive selection which makes it overwhelming but with Berna's help I was in and out within the hour. The delivery charge was reasonable and ability to schedule as needed. It's a little hard to find (around the back of another business) but well worth finding this place. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality tiles and expert assistance for their home projects. Thank you Tile Stone Depot and Berna!

I am a handy homeowner who's knows his way around many areas of construction. My experience with the lady at the counter was anything but a pleasant one. I guess the fact that I was dress in office work clothes she assumed I had no idea what I was speaking about. She was short and condescending. I was challenged on trade terminology. When I asked to confirm how many "boards" I ordered, she gave me the number of "studs". I am sorry "boards, not "studs". Her response was and I quote " a 2x4 is a board. It is a piece of wood, so it is a board". I asked her what do you call a 4 x 8 piece of sheetrock. Really? This is your challenging response at 8am. I do everything to support the few small local businesses eft. It's unappreciative attitudes like this that make it hard. Maybe I should have walked across the street to the big store. All that said I is a really nice store. Clean and well maintained. Customer service needs to be better.

As I suspected, the materials had never been ordered. Upon hearing this, Kevin, Chris, and Jeff very easily could have wished me well and sent me on my way. Instead, what they did was above and beyond. They turned a very negative experience into some thing truly amazing. Even though the store was quite busy, they took the time to listen and helped me troubleshoot. Then, they reached out to a local contractor (Karl Drehwing) to see if he might be able to help us out despite being incredibly busy. Karl arranged for a few of his guys to come and help us. (Thank you Justin, Jared, and Greg). They did amazing work. Prior to their arrival at our house, Chris worked closely with me and Karl to get the materials needed. Chris was extremely patient; again going above and beyond. Both Chris and Jeff continued to reach out to me throughout the process to make sure all was going well. Because of their kindness, my family will be able to enjoy Christmas in a house that is warm (literally) and put back together! My family and I will be forever grateful! Thank you for making such a difference by taking the time to care.
