If I could give no stars I would. Very unprofessional and rude. Just finished an interview with…read morethem and only two hours later I got a vague message that they no longer have any positions to move forward to even though before this message when I personally went to their office they have explained they have many positions available. After the message I called to kindly and professionally ask for the reason of the message and why have the interview. The woman that answered the phone very rudely and unprofessionally gave an irrational sigh and hung up. I thought maybe the phone call was dropped because of my location has bad service I called back and the same person picked up again after requiring the message I have received just two hours after my interview they have said that they no longer have any positions available and it would takes months/weeks/ years ( her words ) and was very agitated because of her tone and mannerisms she has displayed. Before all this I did call in advance about requires of the agency before even going in person to drop off my resume. As a staff agency dealing with people that are using every resource they can think of to help require employment. The people you have employed should learn to keep every interaction, it could be in person or over the phone professional. Having a personal judgment reaction regardless is not only very unprofessional and uncalled for but as well shows the lack of proper communication skills being displayed. Remember everyone poop stinks including your own Elwood staffing.

I would recommend using someone else to find employment. Girls in the office were not interested in…read morelistening to applicants and what they need in employment. Sent me to jobs across town when I told them that wouldn't be possible. Didn't find me jobs even remotely in my field, and always for considerably less pay than what was requested. Very condescending and rude when contacted about concerns. Do yourself a favor and find someone that will work with you to find employment, not talk down to you and send you to places you've told them that weren't a good fit, especially when they don't offer anything for weeks at a time.

Beware of fake jobs posted on major job boards. They use them to get you to come into their office…read moreand give them your personal information and potential contacts (i.e.. references) that they then will contact hoping to secure job listings. I registered and applied for a position in Teller County. This position was supposedly posted 3 hours prior to my submitting an application. Within 2 minutes I am contacted by Accountemps saying they had my information and wanted to talk to me. I asked about the position I just applied for and was told "oh it's closed but I have another in Colorado Springs I would like to talk to you about." This sounded a bit odd but agreed to coming to their office the next morning. Meanwhile, I researched Accountemps "bait and switch" and "scam" and guess what? There are tons of examples of what they were doing to me. As expected, when I arrived at the office, there were forms to fill out. When I asked about there being an actual job for me to see, the admin runs out of the office to get the "branch manager". I am then told the original position I applied for was still open but likely going to be filled that day. But she still wanted me to fill out my forms so she had my information in case something else came up. She also promised to send me tests that I could do from home. Never happened. These people are liars and you can tell this bait switch tactic happens every day as they have ready answers when called on it. STAY AWAY!!

She went above and beyond from the time I met her and was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the process. I couldn't be happier!! :)

This hard because you hate to say such negative things about people in your community. But what…read morehappened to me was just a shame. I was sent a survey, which I filled out. My experience with surveys can be will this be seen by a person or just an AI thing. So, I added some colorful language to my survey answers, turns out it was actually read by the owner Pamela Fletcher, the new owner and my recruiter Eshe John. The review was answered by phone calls, text and emails. When I text the owner back I explained why I was upset. That's as far as it went. No call back, text back or email. What I was upset about was the company that I was sent to. This place was terrible and had such a crazy high employee turnover rate. To this day Express Employment Professionals has not said one word to me about any of this. I now have to find another position on my own. I really feel you can do much better than Express Employment Professionals. This is a disappointment because you are always better networking through professionals when looking for work. When you are contacted by your recruiter you expect to be sent to places that are the quality of who you are. I was told by Eshe that this customer was not vetted thoroughly by Express Employment Professionals. I guess I know what I mean to this company. I think from this point on I will try the competition or just continue to do my own work. Fortunately, I am in a career field that tends to be easy to find work in, using a recruiter just saves me time when learning about the company.

I would recommend express in general just not this location.
