Had my truck in for a warning light and service in January after nearly a week they tell me to come and pick it up it needs a windshield camera that's on back order and will be a few weeks to get. I go to pickup it up pay for service and when I get to the truck there are part and pieces laying on the dashboard. So ok someone forgot to put it back together. A mechanic comes out an reassembled the pieces. Fast forward 4 months. I get a call asking if I still want the camera installed that came in in April that no called to let me know that it had arrived . Of course I do with several functions not working do to the problem. I schedule a time to get it installed and an oil change that instead of it taking a few hours as told it takes 3 days. I asked for oil change and a new air filter that was down to 15%. I picked up the truck they changed oil but not the filter as requested. I get in the truck and drive away and a warning comes up low washer fluid. Even the cheapest place in town tops off the washer. Needless to say I'm not happy with Lums service department.

When we are buying the car they said "we have one more thing for you to do"; and they had me write this review while they watched. Unfortunately that was not the end. My wife and I went to McMinnville auto sales to buy a car, and he sold us a lemon. Nelson, the salesperson, is going to come on google and respond with: (We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced due to the this circumstance. At McMinnville Auto Sales customer satisfaction is something we take very seriously, and that is why we offer numerous options to make sure our customers leave satisfied and confident. Each customer has the opportunity to test drive our vehicles, get a independent 3rd party inspection which we pay for if the car is purchased, and also the opportunity to purchase a extended warranty if the car has no current warranty attached. We offered the opportunity for the inspection and it was declined by you, We believe McMinnville Auto Sales did help you sir, but if you would like to discuss further please reach out to us locally.) Does that make it OK for you to sell worthless cars? I don't think so , I think you should be responsible for the vehicles that you sell and you are not! You sell cars that are bad; as you can see from multiple one-star reviews. Mcminnville Auto Sales knew it had a bad transmission and sold it anyway. Save yourself the headache that we have right now. we have a car at the shop and we have to spend $11,000 to replace the transmission. The mechanics at three different places said that it coded with a bad transmission at firestone and at the dealership and at an independent mechanic. All of them independently said that this is a code that would have been showing months not days ago while at McMinnville auto sales. They sell lemons. The do not stand by their word. If you don't have someone go over the car, do not sell it.

Extremely disappointed in this dealership. They were dishonest about the a number of issues with…read morethe car i came to see, which I had specifically asked about before coming in to see the car. These issues were diagnosed instantly when I stopped at a nearby shop on a test drive. When I showed the service rep the report from the mechanic, I was told they could not lower the price because they had already replaced the transmission in the car and would do no other work on it. When I asked to see the paperwork for the transmission service, they said they "could not find it" but they would get it and mail it to me because the shop that did the repairs was closed. While still at the dealership, I called the shop where the repairs had apparently been done and someone answered--so I handed the phone to the service agent. I waited while he walked next door to retrieve the paperwork, and when he returned he had a printout that said the shop looked at the transmission, stated the issues with it, and recommended it be replaced, but had no record of actually doing the work. The receipt was for a total of $125 for services provided. I would absolutely steer clear of this dealership. I lost a little faith in humanity yesterday in dealing with them.

He told me that they would take care of it. Lo and behold he came to my house after he got off work with the proper sticker. Gabriel is awesome and goes above and beyond for his customers!

About a year ago I financed a 2020 Nissan Altima SL, as is. Over the year I've grown to love this…read morecar, remind you this is my first personal car that I've ever owned. I gave her a name, SEXY LOLA (SL). The place i bought her from, recently got bought out by another dealership. So I wasn't to sure on where to take her for warranty issues, nor did I know if she was warrantied. My finance place that I pay my car thru helped me and gave me a number. So I called it and i was able to tow it anywhere I wanted to get my car fixed. I chose Chuck Colvin Ford/Nissan in McMinnville, Oregon. Miss Jerri Collver helped me with my warranty issues. She was very friendly and cheerful, kind of reminded me of my aunt. They were able to fix my radio, front and back sensors, motor mount bushing, gas sensor, and get me a loaner (2020 Ford Focus, but who's complaining) for a few days. They were very understanding and the customer service was amazing. I'm definitely refering these people to my friends who have Nissan's, plus they are very reasonable on prices. For my car issues, i usually go to the Nissan in Portland, Oregon, but i definitely swing by if I'm in town and need something done on my Lola.
