Waited for 4 weeks for an appointment for my child. Was introduced to the dentist. Booked second appointment, waited another 4 weeks. The dentist started treatment, made a hole in the tooth, they needed to put water and the suction thing into my boy's mouth, which my boy did want to, I've spoken to him, and the child agreed, put him back on the chair, however the dentist refused to continue the treatment saying he hasn't got much time and he'll refer us to someone else for no reason! We left the room and I accidentally forgotten my rain coat there, in five minutes wanted to collect it but the surgery was already closed. Waited by the door 5 minutes knocking then someone else opened the door and returned the coat. Obviously the dentist was thinking about having his dinner and refused to complete treatment when the patient had to wait two months for the appointment date. The worst place to get teeth fixed. My feeling placed by them fell off in a month time, visited them and been advised I need a crown for £399 or £599 and they refused to place filling, made an appointment somewhere else, was treated properly, the filling lasts for a year now. read more
