Between 3 and 4 months ago Armorcrest notified me by phone that Safeco Insurance (House insurance) was pulling out of California. I was assured that insurance was going changed to mercury insurance. Armorcrest did not do it. Mortgage notified NO insurance was submitted. Would not respond to emails, texts, phone calls, and in person visit. Don't use them because you might get messed over. read more

I'm purchasing a home and needed a homeowners policy right away in order to get my loan approved. I talked to Anthony at armorcrest and he had multiple quotes over to me within an hour and we were able to get the situation resolved the same day. I cannot recommend this team highly enough! read more

The office is utilitarian, has no attempt at decor and that's unimportant to the services she provides. Hilda is a mature woman, her manner businesslike and dignified. She was a calming influence on my frazzled nerves and handled everything quickly, quietly and flawlessly; I recommend her without reserve. I saw her take a call requesting her services at the home of an elderly person, so she will come to you if necessary (no doubt for a fee). I have since recommended her to another expat friend in Mexico and she performed like (real estate) services for him, again flawlessly and efficiently.
