It was over $600 less than all the folks up here, so much less the mortgage broker called me up to confirm the price as correct. It is and if I didn't know how good and honest the people there are I would be skeptical too! I had them check the location of the house for any problems (flood zone, a lot of the same claims in the area) and at the closing I feel safe knowing they will always take care of me.
