I arrived at BAC approximately 10:45a.m. Thinking that'll give me more than ample time to get to my consult before time. I walked inside the Bank, a BAC employee (I'm presuming that) she was cause she wore a red polo shirt with the BAC logo. We both say, Good morning to one another. Then I proceed to ask her, I'd like to get my Government documents Witnessed/Notarized please. Do you know this lazy woman fixed her mouth to say, We do not notarize those types of documents due to we could be held LIABLE.???!!!! Um looking at her like WTF kinda phuck foolery are you spewing out right now? Help me to understand this. I've been a LOYAL BAC customer (24 years) even when they feloniously refused to give me a re-modification on my then home in 2006. To have an uneducated employee tell me that I cannot get my Government papers Notarized and Witnessed by someone that specializes in being a Witness for people like myself is diabolical. She then told me, When I asked Where do you recommend I go to get this paperwork notarized? Her response was maybe a Library or UPS. I recently got clonked over the head so I honestly thought I was losing it but then the right side of my brain cells started sending bright smart waves to my left side and I decided to go back outside sit in my ride, and contact BAC myself. Part 2 of WTF is happening!!! I contact the bank Due to Higher than normal call volumes I had the options to either continue to wait in the queue on hold or press the option for a call back. I received a call back in like 10 minutes. The first representative wasn't sure of WTH I was talking about and she asked me, Why didn't I just ask for my papers to be Notarized? I told her, That's what I did do but the person y'all have working at the local branch doesn't know her ssa from her hole my Grandparents would say. That Bank Representative put me on a brief hold. Once she came back she also reconfirmed my thoughts of what a Notary is then our call dropped. Part 3 of course I called back and the second representative put me on a 1-2 minute hold and came back just as knowledgeable as myself, and her colleague. I knew I had the right information. Notaries are able to Notarize THIRD party documents. Shame on that young lady for just not looking to offer me an appointment for another location. To make up some bogus excuse about Liability was simply deplorable behavior. Lastly, I did report her, hopefully she'll get the proper training in the field that she applied to work in. I don't like to see folks terminated. Especially in this climate we're in now.

Mind you in the 15 years I've been here I have not been able to get not one document notarized. The teller refused to help me with only about four people in the bank and maybe five other employees available. Lazy and because of this state that's broken the camels back I will be closing my multiple accounts and switching banks.
