I had a potentially serious problem with my septic system during the torrential rains we've had…read morethis week. My typical go-to provider really dropped the ball, wasted 3 days, and still misdiagnosed the issue, which sent me scrambling to find someone else who could help me out in a real hurry. CJ and Peyton got back to me in 10 minutes, were on-site within the hour, correctly diagnosed the problem (incorrectly installed float in the effluent tank), and had it expertly resolved in time for dinner. $175 to fix it right, vs. the roughly $1,500 my old provider wanted for work I didn't actually need. They were very clear about what I needed now vs. what they recommended I do at some point in the future - no high-pressure sales tactics here. They wrote it up well enough that I could have anyone do the future work if I wanted (but why would I go to anyone else?), and they didn't even charge me an emergency fee! Suffice it to say, Avalanche has a new loyal customer.
