Arlington was apparently a sub-contractor on a paving project in Keene. They went way over the scheduled completion date, even allowing for weather delays. Even worse, they violated the terms of the agreement, which stated at least one section of the parking lot would be open at all times during the project. Instead, for at least three days, the entire lot was closed, forcing residents to park some distance away. Personnel were rude when asked about this. As of today, the project still isn't completed. They didn't even show up today (Wednesday), despite the promise made by the main contractor, Bernie LaRock and Son, the paving would be fully completed by Monday, or Tuesday afternoon at the latest. Arlington did a job for me on the side of Jitter Beans Internet Café and in front of my apt. building at 4 Terrace st. They did it in a timely manner and it looks great. read more
