The gentlemen at ARL are the best group of technicians and experts I've met since purchasing an Apple MacBook Pro 3 years ago. Their professionalism in diagnosing my needs, handling it with speed, and delivering back to me a repair that exceeds my expectations will make me a customer for life.
I purchased my MacBook in the United States, along with AppleCare +. This added a greater degree of difficulty when seeking a repair for a cracked screen, and all of the shops I called (and had Apple call on my behalf) denied their honoring of my AppleCare. As a result, my repair would be close to 700€ per the local shops in my area, and around the country. The closest Apple Store was 4 hours away, and my options seemed pretty bad. I tried one last time to contact AppleCare via phone, and just decided to schedule an appt with ARL to see what their advice would be and hope for at least a quality, if not expensive repair.
Not only did these guys honor my AppleCare +, but the total repair cost was ZERO!! Having just moved to the country, my financial position has been tight, and the news when Samuel, Mario, and Fernando handed me back a fully repaired screen with a receipt for 0€ nearly knocked me off my feet. They went above and beyond for my service, and as a result, I will be making my next Apple purchase from them.
