GUILTY OF FRAUD. They sold me glasses and took my money. They then tried to give me glasses with inferior lenses and refused to give me my money back. Then they offered to get me the right glasses. That was 4 MONTHS ago and now they say there is nothing even ordered for me. And they still won't return my money. Sigh I guess they'd rather make me sue them than just do the right thing. read more

Last year I wrote a bad review on Ballantyne. I had dealings with them soon after that review and was so satisfied with the outcome. I wrote an additional review back then but I can't find it. I recently went back for another pair of glasses. Made sure I ordered the correct size this time and everything went smoothly. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful and patient! read more

You know what I don't ever post anything... but for this business I will. I have been coming to them snice they have opened ..some of the friendliest people I've ever meet... the doc him self is a awesome person...I would suggest this office to all the people i know that's for sure.. keep up the good work and keep staying friendly. read more
