We returned right away when they opened after the COVID closure and they implemented lots of safety practices that make me feel better about leaving the kids there. I really do appreciate everything they do to make our own situation easier. It's great to have a place you can trust with your children.

I reported this information to the state waiting on Erin Brown to call me about things happening here and I report it. Director and Assistant are aware of everything but keeping is quiet. They are extremely bad to the staff specially the new younger ones who they change the schedule last min are overworking them to the extreme of depression. I need everyone to please call for an open investigation to this location with same leadership over 30 years hiding what's going on, they have a 74 year old staff member who pees on herself her daughter who is 37 years old with mental issues working here. I'm going to have to be a sort of resident old timer here as I had 2 kids go through the center…read more My son actually was one of the first kids in the center when they opened. I can't say enough good things as he was struggling with language when he started and when he finished he was ready for 1st grade although he was only allowed into K. Same thing I see with my daughter. The staff is wonderful to the kids and they help them every which way they can and I still think this is the best place around even though Wawa decided to build next door.

Second week he started to pick up on the routine..again multiple complaints! She is at work. That's why he is there. He's two years old.You have adults that don't listen he was trying and getting better. The third week they waited for her to come home they couldn't tell her to her face, according to them he's not a good fit.He would cry in the morning because who knows how he was treated behind closed doors. They were always so nasty ,why are you working with kids?I I guess it's all about money. If you are so peculiar on who you choose to accept why not interview, meet the child upon putting them on a 10 month waiting list.So he lost the opportunity to go elsewhere.Oh and they gave her a week to find a daycare.Beware of this place each child is a $ sign. They don't want to be bothered to really help teach a child. One week they complained about him again he's two. Have a nice day!! ,

They just put babies in containers and hope parents arent going to call them out for unsafe practices. Even after i spoke with the director who assured me this wouldnt happen again, twice the third day they had him sleeping in a rocker intentionally immediately after eating. How a daycare doesnt know about SIDs and positional asphyxiation is beyond me. And they placed my 3 month old in an activity center he isnt old enough for and said "its for core strength". Literally google when you can use activity centers and it gives the guidance that the child needs to be able to sit up on their own. We got a full refund and the owner admitted fault but that doesnt make up for putting my child at risk.

He had bite marks on his back, and arms. The school never took care of it, so my son went back and for 2 more days because he liked it and he was making friends. Well the one teacher of his classroom who isn't even license to be a teacher or have any certification to be around children. She screamed at my son and grabbed his arm when he went to his bag to grab his water bottle. Screaming to the point where he was crying and shaking when I picked him up. So I confronted the principal of the school and the teacher. I said how are you going to scream at a 3 yr old for taking a drink when you got your yetis filled with drinks and your Starbucks drinks here on your desks. And my son can't have a sip of water. I pulled him out after that.
