In doing so, his work was mediocre at best. All the tiles on the roof are crack and he reported it as having 5+ years of life left. He communicates what he is going to do, when he can get there, how long it would take etc. He made it very easy for us. My daughter met him at that house and he went over everything he had found in his inspection. Next he was able to email us the report shortly after he was done. Then he called us on the phone and explained to me what he had found and gave me his thoughts on what needed to be repaired and how it could be done. We had a follow up question the next day and Josh went back over to the house take care of that for us. Called right up and told us what we needed to know.
