Being an "Ark venn" (i.e. the loyalty club/fountain of financial benefits) I always check out the books on the "special-deals-for-Ark-friends"-shelf which could end up in anything from 1-3 books being brought back to my own shelf at home. The staff are friendly and helpful, you can order books that aren't in stock and it's all smoothly done, even during the busy seasons right before Christmas and such. It's an average size of a shop, but they also stock a fair number of English novels, historical literature, memoirs, and all sorts of travel/hobby-related literature. They also have a kids section but the equivalent kids/adolescent section at Norli a few shops down the corridor is a tad more interesting ;) read more
