I was kindly greeted upon arrival into the location and directed to the best available representative to assist me with my banking transaction. After an apparent teller discrepancy in regards to my new account, I was then encounter by Assistant bank manager Sheree Clarke who seemed to be extremely knowledgeable, engaging, encouraging and linguistically affluent given some of my prior negative banking experiences at other financial advisory institutions within the immediate area. Though some of the patrons before me seemed to be very inpatient and verbally combative due to there own self ignorance. My own experience was quite enlightening given the entire staffs professionalism, speedy response times, and welcoming efforts. All in All, I'd definitely refer anyone to this branch given its convenient location and immediate proximity to my home. Heading downtown doesn't always mean quality service, when you can get a tremendous experience via exceptional individuals that care right in your own neighborhood. Keep up the GREAT work TD !
