Coincidentally all negative reviews are deleted in a short time. This is unfortunately legal but obviously unethical for a medical office. I had a terrible experience at the Vitas clinic in Trier. My appointment was with Mr. Richter. He was antagonistic and rude. He spent the majority of the consultation shaming me for wearing a respirator. I found it impossible to shift the conversation to the reason for my appointment. My appointment was supposed to be for CMD treatment including measuring for a custom night guard. But he only wanted to talk about covid and masks. He wouldn't move on from this. It was a very strange experience. His behavior made me so uncomfortable I had to walk out.
