When I called Aria, I found out that they would not fill the prescriptions until I had seen Melody, the nurse practitioner. I saw her when I established at her clinic back at the beginning of September. Then, she had made me call her to get the Belsomra. She was adament that Melody would not refill the prescription until I had seen her. I told her I couldn't get into see her until the 16th. I told her that if this was the case, I'd find another provider. She told me that I could just find another provider if this was the case. I told her to have Melody phone me back. Melody never did.
