Visited today (Saturday 5th September 2015) and it wasn't a good day !!! the store was very busy with at least 15 people waiting to collect their goods and there was 6 people behind me waiting to purchase goods.
1 girl and 1 man were dealing with customers whilst 3 other staff where dealing with another customer !!! There seemed to be an issue as they were all staring at the 1 terminal and pressing buttons !!! This lasted for about 10 minutes and when the male staff member finished with his customer, he went and joined the other 3 staff and he started pressing buttons !!!
At the goods collection area, 1 poor girl was running around crazy trying to find out where all the goods were as the queue was just getting longer.
The waiting time printed on the tickets was 10 minutes but you could tell by the time between each item arriving that it was going to be longer.
I know they are having building work done, but with the amount of staff they had working behind the scenes (I saw at least 3 more who popped their heads out) the service could have been better.
The girl at the goods collection kept apologising for the delay, felt really sorry for her as she did try her best but whilst I waited, I saw 3 staff members leave so I take it they were going on lunch.
Customer service needs improved as people get fed up waiting too long and just want to collect and go. read more
