This review is based on their customer service dept over the phone, not necessarily the location in Clacton. Trying to place an order from New York can be difficult due the fact that an overseas card was used and I understand the security risk, but I was almost to the point of giving no stars as my order kept getting cancelled. I was ordering a laptop for my brother for his birthday, he lives in clacton. So I sent an email inquiring on why my order keeps getting cancelled and was told that there was a system payment error. When I checked the order online it stated that the order was cancelled. I spent quite a long time going through 3 different reps as they kept putting me on hold to find out what was going on only to be put back in the queue again!!! Then I got a different rep who I had to repeat myself again and then we hit the repeat button and went through it a 3rd and 4th time. I guess 4th time is a charm as I finally got through to someone who actually knew who I should be speaking to. I was put through to Kim in the security dept, all she needed to do was clear and verify my credit card info, omg can't thank you enough for making this happen and his order was delivered before his birthday. A shout out to the rep that helped me change the order, after doing so many times I screwed up and he fixed it for me, sorry I forgot your name sir! And for the person that put me through to Kim.
