Run as fast as you can from this business! In my professional life I come across many contractors. Never have I run across one as unprofessional, incompetent, and untrustworthy as this business. Jim Grey (not sure if he's the owner or an employee) is difficult to get in touch with and, when you do reach him, he tells you want you want to hear rather than what you should hear. He over promises and under delivers. The work performed is seldom to code, has a nice facade but is in shambles underneath, and poses safety issues for homeowners. Recently Argennt did work on house that was being flipped. Pipes and hoses weren't connected properly, stairs left unsecured, hinges were secured with the smallest of screws, kitchen hardware was mismatched, and fixtures were damaged. To add insult to injury, the home was left dirty to the point it took a cleaning crew of five people six hours to clean it. I've never been more disappointed in a contractor. So I'll take every chance I can to warn homeowners so never use this company. read more
