He had excellent timing when it came to our requests for repairs, his open communication was very helpful when we needed his assistance for anything or had questions, and he upheld a high integrity when it came to the lease. He is a very humble businessman and runs his properties with strong responsibility. His maintainence vendors were very respectful of our home and willing to work out time slots for repairs in a timely manner. Our property was kept up to date with maintenance repairs (yearly) and state codes. His empathy was clearly shown during our time of financial stress, when he sent a list of community resources and county assistance programs, plus tips on how to file, to help us out. When our German Shepherd passed away, he sent out a sympathy email and gave the ok to get another dog when we were ready with no additional deposit. We truly cannot thank Nick enough for all of his help and his generosity. This rental property was not a regular rental property; it was our home. We look forward to buying a house for him in the near future.

What a huge disappointment they were for all of us on the board--and for most residents. We found them to have poor data security and many questionable procedures for dealing with issues--both large and small. BPM demonstrated poor vendor management, inadequate project oversight, a lack of responsiveness to questions and a failure to respect and support our volunteers. They talk a good talk but the truth looks very different. After switching management companies--they still can't finalize the transition nearly a month past contractual termination. Pretty good proof of the level of their professionalism.

2 separate townhomes had hail damage last year. one unit had all repairs finalized within a matter…read moreof a few months. The other didn't have repairs started until July of this year. There have been abundant phone calls by multiple residents to Property Solutions, in which calls haven't been returned. The sheer volume of unanswered calls is unacceptable for any business. Being they serve our community in which they are compensated, it lacks professionalism and demonstrates an unwillingness to accommodate the needs of the people they supposedly serve. I am hopeful Property Solutions will see this review in order to reevaluate their practices moving forward. Although I appreciate what they have done as part of their job to make this construction happen in the neighborhood, other follow through details should also be taking place and that means contacting community members back.
