She was patient and kind and answered all of the daft questions I could possibly throw her way! She went out of her way to find us options that suited us and when one of our doors threw a spanner in the works (who knew a door could be too small!?) she just found us alternatives that fit within our budget and still did what we wanted. Nothing was ever too much for Desi and we knew that if we dropped her an email with a question we wouldn't be kept waiting for a reply as you can be with some trades. It really is a family run business with Andy coming out to measure up the doors for us too and they have never been anything but incredibly honest with us along the way - offering advice and options so we could make our own (well informed) decisions. Then when the doors were fitted, you wouldn't have even known that they'd been - so clean and tidy! I cannot wait to be in a position to be able to replace our windows because these guys will be our first stop for sure.

There were three major installation issues: 1) the join between the house and the conservatory leaked from day one, 2) the installers (we believe independent contractors) crawled over the glass roof to seal glass panes further up without protecting the glass from their boots which resulted in scratches on the roof glass and, 3) the window in the side glass wall opens but it does not close properly. The architect/project manager reporting this issues immediately and finally had a visit from a manager who said all would be rectified. The leaking roof was fixed (yet to be truly tested through the winter), however, months later, despite numerous contacts, there has been no response or action on the promised polishing of the glass or fixing of the window opening. The first impression of this company was good, but they do not have the follow-through. We are now considering legal action and I would not recommend.
