It is near the Notre Dame Basilica de Quebec. Simons is a very small and quiet department store. Convenient for the tourist who forgot to pack something or now needs warmer clothing for the cold Quebec weather. We were surprised that Simons did not have a small giftware section where we might purchase a unique souvenir of our visit to Old Quebec that would not end up being a dusty tchotchke.

I opened a PayPal dispute, and Simons told me they would refund me immediately if I closed the dispute....I CLOSED THE DISPUTE AND THEY AGAIN REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. I do not know how this company stays in business. They are completely unethical.

The staff was really nice and helpful when looking for sizes and ordering an espresso. The conversion wasn't that bad from CAD to USD for what we purchased. Definitely recommend shopping here and trying out their coffee!
