I've been a long time customer of The Shoe Company. This location in particular I feel deserves feedback for anyone thinking of shopping at ANY Shoe Company retail store. This location has a huge parking lot, just be careful bc plenty don't know how to drive in this area! Public Transit isn't but a few minutes away due to the bus "station" Staff varies there some are very helpful some are too shy. Their prices are reasonable considering the wide range of name brands they have. Sizing can be an issue, so don't contemplate for too long bc once you find a size and shoe you love/like you better grab them! They definitely don't have them on the shelf for too long. Now, here's a particular experience I just had. They didn't have the size I needed so we ordered it as it was available from their website. HOWEVER, the cashier did not mention why the shoe was discounted for ordering it than the price it had on the shelf but a size a couldn't use. We then placed the order. it was delivered to my house for free. Turns out the wrong size came in, apparently a stupid mistake bc I didn't realize nor did she... that the size was a half size too big. When it came in the mail.. we noticed it was too big of a shoe. I went back for an exchange. The exact same shoe. but, different size. They could not honor the price I got originally. and they also said its from the time I paid not when the shoe arrived.. so it was "too far back" do them to honor the sale price. I had to dish out an extra 50$. The weird thing is the cashier insisted to have the supervisors look at why the price from the new size IN STORE was a higher price... they went back and forth in discussion and literally said they will not honor the price I paid. Sigh... had I know all these little rules/ policies I would have paid closer attention to the order and not trust what the cashier was doing.

As someone with a disability and ongoing issues with my left foot, finding the right shoes is very important to me. After a year of recovery and therapy following a stroke, this was actually my first time going shopping again. My therapist recommended New Balance, and I'm so glad I followed that advice. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable and supported. Tafair, who assisted me, was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He spent over an hour with me, bringing different styles, explaining their features, and helping me find what would work best for my needs. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions--he was truly professional and caring. I also had the chance to speak with the supervisor, Imran, to share my appreciation. He spoke very highly of Tafair, and it was heartwarming to hear about his journey and goals. It made the experience even more meaningful. Kyram, Mac, and Denzel were also friendly, welcoming, and professional--they all contributed to such a positive atmosphere in the store. If I could describe this team in a fun way, I'd say they are like a flight crew: Captain Imran leading with professionalism, Pilot Tafair expertly guiding customers to the perfect fit, and attendants Kyram, Mac, and Denzel making sure every customer feels comfortable and cared for throughout the journey. I always go to the Nike factory store in any outlet mall. Sometimes I luck out and find something…read moreand other times I leave empty handed. This happened to one of the times that I lucked out. I recently discovered that I could fit into kids sized shoes. After perusing the women's section I wandered over to the kid's. There I found a pair of running shoes similar to one that I already own and they were on sale! I tried on another pair of running shoes and liked those as well. What's a girl to do? Buy both, obviously. Got 2 pairs of running shoes for just over $100. I'd say that a great deal.

This store combines Dynamite with Garage, 2 names that I love, so I was very excited upon entering. Nothing to complain about once I got in. Clean store, decent prices, nothing out of the ordinary. I picked out a cute sweater and stood in line. There were about 10 people in front of me. I immediately noticed how incredibly slow the line was moving. Like, SO slow. I then noticed that only 2 employees were working at the cash register and all the other staff were folding clothes and 1 was even chatting with customers in line, recommending we download their app. The staff at the cash register worked like sloths from Zootipia. I don't mean to be rude, but they were seriously SO slow, and they weren't even bothered by how long the line was getting. After 10 minutes of shopping and 20 minutes of waiting in line, it was finally my turn to check out. The employee was polite, so I guess that's a good way to end off this experience. Great store, but staff could use some serious improvements.

The regular priced items almost NEVER have enough sizes on the floor or in stock in their back room, and the employees are never thrilled about even checking to see if they have more sizes or if another store has the size desired. Overall a disappointing store considering how great the clothes being sold are.

Caught off guard I explained to her my friend needed a size that I found. Personally owning 3 pairs of different materials of Moccasins given and bought in Native Reserves, I was explaining to my friend the leather will stretch out after a few wears. I was consistently RUDELY interrupted by this woman who kept interjecting in our conversation. Ghastly and appalled by her pushy manner I chose the better route and watched as she dominantly insisted other options my friend did not want. Just HORRIBLE service and very disheartening to witness. My friend was turned off by her demeanor and said to me "lets get out of here." Right before that, as I was looking around I saw Eric Parnell's Bio plaque, another Artist's who works w/ leather, I felt a sadden feeling that this lady is representing his humble artistic work.
