I would recommend this company to anyone who ne hvac work done. These guys are superlative. Honest to a fault, compassionate towards their clients, polite and considerate. They make you feel as if you've known them forever. They come in as workers but soon you become friends and know you can trust them. In the end you are friends. Terry Romeo, owner. Operator of Arctic Air has been to my home several times. He saved me thousands when he fixed my air when another company said I needed 5,000 of work. You can read my review on his website. But this time he went above and beyond. My pipes burst and started flooding my basement close to midnight last night. I am a 58 year old lady who has my college age daughter living with me. I was in my basement standing in 3 foot of freezing water and had water spewing on my face and chest. I called Terry Romeo at midnight last night because I did not know how to shut off the water. He tried to talk me through it but ended up coming to my house after midnight, last night, to walk through 3 feet of water and shut it off and today he came while I was at work and drained the basement and fix the leaks, while I was at work.
