But what really frosts me (trying to be polite) are some of the patrons and their lack of courtesy or driving skills or maybe both. So today when I pulled up there were two cars ahead of me and the middle pump was empty... do you think the driver in the first car in line would have pulled his small sedan into that huge space? Nah......he waited until the huge dodgesasorous pickup gulped down a zillion gallons of fuel and left and the last car in the third pump left as well and then he pulled up to the first pump and of course blocked the pass through lane on the left making it difficult for the last car to get out. And thus freeing the last two pumps. Yeah it only added a few minutes to the wait, but he only had a small car and he could have been fueled and gone thus letting the person in the last pump also pull through. I wouldn't of thought anything if he had a huge vehicle or was pulling a trailer, but c'mon, learn to drive. Now a little blame goes to Costco too... the attendant should have asked him pull forward. The detailing is solid, and the cars come out clean...not that rushed, halfdone job you get at some places. I like that it's a full service wash too, so you're getting the machine wash plus the hand dry and interior touch up, which makes a difference. Location is super convenient right off 95/Ann, and having the gas station and store right there just makes it easy to knock everything out in one stop. Customer service can be hit or miss depending on the day, but when it's good, it's really good. If you want that extra attention to detail, definitely tip (they notice and it shows in the work). Overall, this is one of my go to spots when I actually want my car cleaned right.

The young man behind the counter seems less than thrilled to work here. He's never flat out rude but I've never seen him crack a smile. This is based off several interactions with him. I'll give him credit he does say "welcome in" when you enter. He might be having a tough time in life IDK, but not the friendliest employee's I've encountered at this location. My most recent visit was worth mentioning. I over estimated how much gas I needed to fill my tank. When I went back in to get the $4 and change put back on my card, the clerk told me it would automatically be refunded to my CC. I left and shame on me threw the receipt away. I checked my CC statement for the next few days and the refund was never issued. I had no proof of purchase so I couldn't go back and dispute it. Word to the wise SAVE your receipt if you over estimate at the pump and need a refund to your CC! Look I don't expect to be treated like I walked into a 5 star spa, but a simple smile and ability to responsibly refund people's hard earned money isn't too much to ask is it?

Even the tax structure is unfair since EVs use our roads but only gas powered cars are expected to pay for maintenance of roads and freeways. Anyway, I try to keep my tank a bit lower on the way in to Vegas so I can fill it in Nevada. Waiting until the store is closed is definitely the way to save time and headaches since the lines are so much shorter and the gas stations are open for a few hours after closing. Since Costco has workers outside, there is much less chance of getting ripped off by people putting card skimmers on pumps or criminals trying to pull their usual shenanigans like they do at other gas stations. With prices entering the stratosphere with this unending war with Iran, we are fortunate to have an option like Costco to help us maintain our sanity.

Martin Luther King Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89106. I have been a loyal Costco member for more than four years. Unfortunately, this month I simply forgot to renew my membership. When I attempted to purchase gas, I realized my membership had expired. I understand that Costco's policy requires an active membership to purchase fuel, and I respect that policy. What upset me was not the policy itself, but the way I was treated by the employee. The employee spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner instead of explaining the situation professionally or offering guidance on how I could quickly renew my membership. To make matters worse, I was there with my 4-year-old child in 116-degree weather. We had already waited in line, and the interaction left us standing in the extreme heat without any empathy or assistance. A little kindness and professionalism would have made a significant difference. As a long-time member, I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect, even if I was unable to purchase gas because my membership had expired. I hope Costco will review this incident, speak with the employee involved, and reinforce the importance of treating members with respect and professionalism, especially in extreme weather conditions. I remain a loyal Costco customer and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for other members in the future.
