They offered a refund because apparently they stopped offering the excursion even though you can still sign up and pay for it on their website. It's been a few weeks now and still no refund. They are very slow to respond to emails. One of their employees has time to look at my Linkedin profile (I can see who looks at mine) but not enough to get me my money back.
