Rude girl. My eyebrows were decently thick & the girl at #1 made them super thin. Plus, she left some little hair undone & when I asked her to cut them, she just mad dogged me. Worst service ever. I recently moved to Fontana from LA and I was on a hunt searching for someone to do my eyebrows after years of having the same person do them since I've ever gotten them done. What a breath of fresh air. I'm fairly new to the inland empire and have been on the look-out for a new eyebrow place. I am very, very particular with my eyebrows and want them done a certain way. I had entrusted a threading salon near my home only to be disappointed multiple times - the last time, the threading specialist thinned my eyebrows entirely too much and I left wanting to cry. In an attempt to get them back to how they once were, I spent 5 weeks growing them out. I decided I needed to find a new place and after reading the reviews for this place, I settled here. Everyone raves about Monica, so I walked in and placed her name on the paper. Monica is most definitely popular here and several people put her name down ahead of me. Since I was new, Monica assumed I just wrote her name because others wrote her name on the paper, so another lady tried to attend to me but I stated that I specifically wanted Monica. Once I got to Monica, I explained to her my entire situation: how I had been going to an eyebrow place and they kept getting it wrong and then how they finally thinned out my eyebrows and ruined my shape. She listened and was empathetic. I showed her a picture of my former eyebrows and what I would like to get back to eventually. I think that helped a lot because she was then able to tell me what the last eyebrow people did wrong. She showed me where they took too much off and then used a pencil to show me how my shape will change once the brows grow back. She was patient with me and it felt like I was getting my very own eyebrow consultation. With a room full of people waiting, I appreciated this extra attention. She did what she could with my eyebrows and told me I would need to be patient to get back to 100%; however, even though my eyebrows are not 100% where I want them to be, they looked soooo much better when she was done with them compared to the other place. I live in Ontario and this place is a trek for me but I will make the journey because Monica won me over and I will not trust my eyebrows with anyone else. read more

I'm very picky about how I want my brows & I always explain to them & they leave them looking just how I want them. Went there on Sat to have my eyebrows done and walked out looking like the joker!! One eyebrow was nice but the other looked like a real struggle. The lady threading my eyebrows even decided to give me her expert advice aka next time we'll fix the struggle brow and just clean up the opposite eye. It was a complete mistake coming here. I read the reviews and thought I'd give it a shot. Stupid me. Now I have to go into an interview with uneven eyebrows, one with an arch reaching to the sky and the other sitting like it doesn't care. You know it's bad when she keeps staring at your face like she's confused. I wish I'd gotten her name. I was so mad, I paid what I had to and sat in my car and cried by the number they did. Not a bad place its hard to rate places in the beauty industry since I my self I'm an esthetician I give them 3 stars cuz they r as professional as possible the only reason I cant give them a 5 stars is cuz they put the threat in their mouth and that is unsanitary with state Board but I also understand that ia their native way so I dont think its fair to judge them for that or to give them a bad review over it I my self rather do threading then waxing even though I know how to wax eyebrows I do it for a living but waxing will eventually cause the skin to sag. read more

Went there a couple of times but stopped after one of the so called "professionals" ended up damaging my eyelid which caused it to droop slightly. I had to seek medical attention for it and its been healing since, but still isn't the same yet. Skip this place if you care about your eyes and find another threading center. Both my sister & I have been to this place a few times because its closer to home & they do a good job but just this past week we both went & it was torture. I must have gotten the new girl because when she was done with an eyebrow the owner had to come & make sure she had done it correctly. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years & yes it hurts but this particular time it hurt like never before. It felt like the girl was pulling out every hair one by one by the tip of the hair until the hair finally was out. At one point i had to ask her to stop so i could rub my eyebrow because it hurt so bad. When my sister mentioned it to the girl who did her eyebrows who happened to be the owner about how painful her experience was her response was "its because you must have had full growth". Which in both of our cases was not true & even so it shouldn't have not hurt as bad as it did. Never had in any of my threading experiences had anyone taken off small patches of skin as this girl did. The side of my eye looks like it was attacked by a cat. If i could add a picture to this review for you to see I would. The unfortunate part is that I really like this place but after the service we received this week I would think twice before going again. read more
