I planned a trip to oversee the project and found it was unneeded. They kept me informed of the progress and cleaned up the work site better than expected. I was planning on having to replace some of the decking for the roof because there had been significant leakage in the house, but I was told that the decking was still sound and would not have to be replaced. I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. The final product was completed on time and for less than I was expecting. The quality seems to be excellent. I'm having them replace the roof on another of my properties this year.

I cannot say enough good things about Rowdy Construction LLC. We had a nightmare plumbing situation…read morewhere black water was backing up into our bathroom drains, toilets, and laundry room floor drain every time we ran any water in the house. From using the bathroom to taking a shower, my family couldn't do anything that required water. It was a complete disaster. We first called the local company we normally use here in Sweetwater County. They came out, snaked the line a couple of times, and then simply gave up -- no solution, no next steps, just "you'll have to call someone else." And then they handed me a $350 invoice while acting like they were doing me a huge favor. Thankfully, my insurance company put me in touch with Rowdy Construction LLC, a small local company out of Green River, and I am so glad they did. He called me right away and said he'd be over around 11:00 AM -- but actually showed up at 9:00 AM, which was a wonderful surprise. He and his two young crew members had the entire issue fully resolved and cleaned up in just over an hour. On top of that, they fixed something the first plumbing & heating company had broken during their attempt, and they even removed the broken fragment those guys had left behind in the pipe. He and his crew were incredibly professional, polite, and courteous throughout. He also offered some smart recommendations to improve our system and help prevent this kind of problem from happening again in the future. Best of all, he wasn't pushy about any of it -- he was even going to check with the insurance company to see if the improvement could be covered as part of the solution. I was thoroughly impressed. Rowdy Construction LLC has earned a customer for life. I will absolutely be going to them for all of my plumbing needs and any other home maintenance services they offer. If you're anywhere near Green River or Sweetwater County and need honest, fast, and skilled work -- call Rowdy Construction LLC. You won't regret

And what sad this is an 80 six-year-old woman that they're doing this too

I have to tell you that I have had ALOT of experiences hiring contractors and I must say that these guys were the ABSOLUTE BEST I have ever dealt with! They were more than fair on price. they did phenomenal work, and were most pleasant throughout the entire process. They worked their buts off to put up a steel roof and vinyl siding in wicked cold temperatures and had it done in a matter of days. They were kind, courteous and professional and did a great job. They not only got the job done quick they did so with attention to detail, they completely cleaned up after themselves, and did hesitate to come back and finish a few small details that they could not finish again because of my poor planning. THANK YOU PDQ! You guys rock!

A delightfully surprising lumber and hardware store in the center of Green River. I can usually…read morefind what I'm looking for here and am amazed at their extensive inventory, despite how relatively small they are. What even amazes me more is if I compare their prices on lumber or cement it is usually priced less than the big box stores in Rock Springs. They carry quality merchandise and the service is always very pleasant and helpful. It's hard to find stores like this anymore

My review isn't to be a reflection of the prices, or hospitality, but more of a warning to rental…read morecustomers about the backhoe/trailer combination. I have rented this combination twice, (should have learned from the first time), and the trailer that they have for the backhoe (only one they use I'm told), isn't the proper length for weight distribution, thus creating an unsafe pulling situation. I have pulled numerous heavy loads, different trailers, both mine and others, and I will say this combination is without a doubt the most dangerous. If you attempt to go over 55 mph, be warned the trailer is almost uncontrollable due to improper weight distribution. I personally feel like there should be some type of rental company monitor, or regulation, to keep this kind of thing from happening. Just because something fits on a trailer, and you can technically pull it, doesn't make it okay, and definitely not safe. The equipment itself does not seem to be in excessively poor condition, just not the correct trailer for the application.
