The location I had a problem at (41st & Knight) had no google reviews when I reviewed it. The next day, my review is deleted and they suddenly have 5, 5 star reviews. Pretty shady. I am shocked to see all the "awards" displayed from prior years makes me ask what happened?…read more As a regular as most people entering a cannabis store I would like to get in get my goods and go. I'm not there for story time, or worse yet standing behind someone telling a story with no concept of what usually happens when visiting someone at there place of employment. When other customers arrive you put story time on hold and clear out the customers and go back to the time you stole 4 joints at an Alice Cooper concert. I think friendly staff is essential in customer service. But with that comes the responsibility to know when it's time to work and when it's time to ignore the world. The price is 5-7 dollars more than the other stores I have been told it's because the give back to the community. For myself I would prefer as a life time chronic to have a regular price and choose where I give my extra cash . I wanted to love this store, it's close to my house it does have a unique atmosphere. This is where the one star comes in. Believe it or not after 35 even potheads start to value prompt accurate problem free service over a conversation at the beach with a guy selling beads but pushing weed.

I called the phone number and I got a lady telling me that it wasn't ARCannabis at all, which means they've basically been redirecting their customers to some poor lady. I've had completely fine services at the other locations like 41st and 12th but reaching out and ordering from the Victoria location seems to be hellish. I've tried to reach out to their other company pages and emails and I have had no luck and in some places they completely left me on read. I genuinely do not recommend this location, and I will probably be switching to a new dispensary even if ARCannabis is one of the more cheaper around. I cant even use what I ordered due to the huge mix up. I posted this here as well since other's have mentioned that they delete bad reviews off google.
