My husband and I went in to get the couples massage. I had credit card for payment on there web page says credit card payment is the form of payment accepted. The lady at the front desk panicked asking me for cash only. Then went on to try and look into my bag while repeatedly asking if I have cash. I told her I would go to the ATM and be right back and she said no, she wanted to charge me a 7.00 fee for card and dropped it to 2.00 within seconds. The massage wasn't the best. The two ladies wouldn't stop talking to each other. They were constantly talking and not towards us but to themselves, not relaxing at all. Also full body does not mean full body. Nothing from your knees down mostly upper body. We left dissatisfied and will not be returning. Spent $162.00 and it was a massage worth maybe half that. read more

When I feel the need I take a short trip down the street and visit one of the better massage places in Bonita. There is only a few girls here I am willing to see. My go to is either Jenny or Candy, both with great techniques. However, my latest adventure I went with the new girl Vina. It's always hard to change up what you know, but I am super glad I decided to try something new. Great technique, wonderful personality and knows what she's doing. Did I say amazing smile! I had a very nice experience here. My wife and I were staying in the area for a few days and trying to plan restaurants / movies / massage from our phone as we went about our day so right off the bat I appreciated that the business was able to use texting to book a couples massage. If you want a description of my experience, I'll add that below. We were welcomed warmly, paid up front which seems pretty typical at most places I have been, and notified up front that there is an extra charge for using your card. Also typical. The facility looked recently designed and was comfortably warm and peaceful. Everything seemed clean and fresh. The music was soft and relaxing. We waited a couple minute for our room then were guided back, asked to undress and lay face down. I've read some reviews about being pressured to go naked. I cannot imagine that it would be an issue to leave some clothing on if you choose. Neither of us want anything on during a massage so it's never come up. We covered up with the blanket (just big enough to do the job, but we felt warm and comfortable). Our masseuses returned, asked our pressure preferences, and did some work over the blankets to get warmed up. The blanket was adjusted or removed as needed to apply the oil and work the muscles. I never felt uncomfortable. Mine climbed on the table to get more leverage to work my back. I'm a large guy and it's rare that someone can give me the hard pressure I'm looking for so I do not judge too harshly if I think it could have been harder. After working head to toe face down, I was asked to flip over and the blanket was laid over me for modesty and never moved again. Face up, I received a head and face massage followed by a foot and leg massage. At the end we were cleaned off of the all the oil, given time to get dressed, met with water and smiles, and thanked for the tip without any counting or faces or demanding for more. The store is upgraded with modern amenities from the shower to rooms. It's all very plush and is reminiscent of a day spa type appearance with luxurious artwork and a soothing low light ambiance. Worst massage experience ever. The lady was on her phone during the massage; she had one hand massaging me and the other on the phone. I paid for an hour however she shorted me 15 mins. Honestly worst place to get a massage. My gf and i were ask to pay upfront. I used my credit card and they got me with a nasty $7 fee. The massage in general was not that great. They hardly use any oils and led to dry skin to skin rub which felt uncomfortable. Half way the massage they ask my gf to take off her underwear and made her feel very uncomfortable. At the end they had water for us and i still gave them a tip. One of the lady's open her mouth and was in shock questioning my tip. The other lady was telling me that it was little about ten times. From the beginning, the staff was very unorganized. It was as if they didn't know what to do with a walk-in. We both had a reflexology Massage for $25 a piece, which we paid a $2 fee for using a credit card. There was construction going on the whole time and a door beeper that went off every time someone opened the door. My Massage was descent aside from the gentleman that did the Massage reeked of cigarette smoke. I left the place smelling like an ash tray. All the above wouldn't have driven me to leave the place one star. However, when leaving the establishment I kindly left each one a $5 tip and the lady demanded I leave each person $10. Poor customer service. I had an appt. I showed up and she took me in room. I waited half an hour. It would have been longer if it weren't because I got up and dressed and walk to the front to leave. The girl would not give the money back. I agreed stay if they lower the fee. She agreed. While getting the massage, the owner called and she gave the phone. She said I had to pay full price. I was going to leave and the masseuse say she would pay the difference. I stayed. While being massaged she was on the phone and one hand on my back. Ugh! read more

On Thursday, 27 July 2023, I went to the counter and I said to the attending masseuse, "If I paid cash, would you give me a receipt?" She said yes. I gave her $120 for two hours deep tissue full body massage and she said, "Let's go to the room". I said, "I need the receipt you promised me, because I need it for my insurance claim adjustor to get my money back because I was in an car accident." And then she said, "Sorry, no receipt. If you pay by credit card, you will get a receipt." I quickly grabbed my cash out of her hand and put it in my pocket. I gave her the credit card. She said, "Seven dollar commission ok?" I said, "No, everybody charges one dollar". Then I attempted to grab my credit card out of her hand and leave. Instead, she held onto my credit card with two hands aggressively and didn't want to give back my credit card. I pulled my credit card out of her hands and ran back to my car. She ran after me and I quickly got inside my car. She said, "No fee for you". At that point, I couldn't trust her with anything anymore and I proceeded to leave. Other Chinese ladies came to the car, begging me to give them business. I said no, let me go. They were aggressively begging me to change my mind, to come back in to give them credit card. I kept telling them no, and was extremely angry with them at that time. They started calling me 3 times, but I refused to pick up their call. I left their parking lot. read more

Terrible business... They don't speak English that well so it's hard to communicate and set boundaries. Even so before you touch someone in a sensitive area (aside from your average full body massage areas) you need to make sure you have their consent!! My friend went in and paid $60 for a less than subpar massage. They make you undress which is very inappropriate and inconsiderate, even encouraged him to go naked ?? The masseuse does not know what she's doing, if you are expecting a deep tissue massage, having paid $60, you sure aren't getting one. They rub a warm towel on you and over massage your shoulders. They don't expand beyond those areas (legs, arms literally anything else). The worst part of the experience is that they will harass you about giving tip on top of a terrible massage. My friend literally paid tip and a lady ran out and accused him of not giving tip! He explained that he did indeed paid tip and when she counted the money he gave her, she realized she was wrong and didn't even apologize? What kind of service is that? Honestly disgusting. Came for a foot massage but refused to sell so after ten minutes of arguing I could only get the combo one. He gave me five dollars off. Really did not want to sell me a foot massage. Right off the bat she took my shorts/boxers off. Didn't think anything because there was a towel. The masseuse tried twice to give me a happy ending yes twice. There was a language barrier so she did the "shake weight" gesture with her hand. She also tried again later going very very slowly from the upper leg but I gave her a look and she stopped. Read before going!!!! Myself and a friend of mine went to get a massage and It was a decent massage a lot more rough than I wanted by the Masseuse. During the massage she whispered " I give you handjob for 250" while doing gestures. I politely declined because I was uncomfortable But I didn't want to leave since I already paid for the massage. Once I got done changing the masseuse was there waiting. There was another lady standing there I think she was the store manger. She stood in front of me not allowing me to get through she said " no tip" I said "I don't have cash sorry" she said " we accept card" I said I prefers not get charged any extra you already charged 4 extra dollars at the beginning when 2 weeks ago it was a dollar. So I told her no thank you not today, My friend wanted to stay a bit longer so he bought another session, what she ended up saying to him was " if you don't tip you'll be black listed and won't be able to come again" as well as changing him $55 for a thirty minute session. Which we paid 60 for a hour session, During this time you could hear yelling from the manger lady in mandarin but not knowing what was said. read more

Normally we go to an established franchised massage place nearby yet we pay a quite a bit more so we decide try this new establishment. When I arrived at this establishment there weren't any other customers in the rear parking lot, figured it was just late in the afternoon. Decided to go with the fully body massage; their grand opening price included ten bucks off. From the getgo it didnt seem like it was going to be worth the value of what they advertised; the person at the desk seem to have a hard time with the credit card machine but lucky I just had enough cash with me. Well all I got to say is it wasn't good at all; again I had gone with the full body massage. Really all they do is just a mildly job of just mostly rubbing your back, ten minutes or so on your leg, turn over and they don't do much while faceing up & they don't even soak or touch your feet. Throughout the massage the table kept on squeaking that got kind of annoying. The room had central AC yet it would only kick on when with got usually warm in the room and they had reggae music playing as their ambient music which was kind of louder than it had to be to make it somewhat not relaxing at all For sure won't be returning to this place, I wouldn't be surprised if this place didn't stay open very long. But for sure I'll stick to massages from an experienced therapist from a more established business read more

I had a bad fall and pain on my back, lower back, hamstring, arm and a broken toe. I needed relief from all this pain. I went in and asked for someone that could give me a deep massage. I was taken to a room and told to wait. I waited ten minutes in the room. The masseuse came in ask me to disrobe and left for another 5 minutes. She came in and I told that I needed deep massage. She then proceeded to sit on the chair and do a light massage.She was massaging me as does she was feeling the ripeness of tomatoes. She turned me over and asked if I wanted something else massaged. I said no. then proceeded to light massage my arms and legs annoyed. She finish 15 minutes before the hour. She had the nerve to ask me if I was feeling better. What?? She then ask for a big tip.
