I've visited this ARC location 3 times in the past year, and as an avid thrifter, it has alot going for it. The book section was very well maintained, which is nice as some locations can be overcrowded and hard to search through. I collect vintage and unique cookbooks and was able to find some real gems here! The clothing selection was not the best of the ARC locations in Colorado Springs, but decent overall and the prices were reasonable. Not as much furniture as some other locations at the time of my visit, but with a thrift store that always varies so I would still recommend that, you never know when they'll get something new in! The holiday section was great, and they have a trove of glassware.

Absolute beauty of a place, just look at the fun from my pictures. They have a bunch of cool stuff there and I love this place so much. I believe if they made a thing that I would be the customer of the year, I come here almost every Saturday for the 50% off deal. They support the community a lot in a positive way and they give a lot of the nearby homeless people things WHEN THEY ASK. If they don't and they try to steal, they just have to ask and the arc will give them the things

Seriously, I am giving Arc Thrift Store 5 stars. Why? Hear me out. For what it is - a store re-selling used home goods and clothes - it is the best I've seen in quite a while. While I've donated at this location I had not yet had a compelling reason to go in...until there was a Halloween werewolf costume to be made and we needed a kid's flannel shirt we could demolish and make look scary. Not going to pay full price for that. So we checked it out. Initial observations - this store is clean! There were multiple intercom pages reminding employees to clean up their sections and organize. The kids' books are pennies on the dollar to bookstores selling new (and really? who cares?). The clothes are organized by gender, size, style and color (I found snow coveralls for the kid for 6 bucks, like new, and that Halloween shirt was bought for $3 in such good condition that I kind of felt bad ripping it up...but a werewolf has got to do what a werewolf has got to do). Some of the furniture and home goods are shoddy, others are not. I would never buy a puzzle or board game from here but baby clothes? This place looked like a gold mine for someone needing them. In other words: if you don't mind the hunt you can get some really fantastic deals. In another life I volunteered at an Arc (not this one) and know that each piece coming in gets inspected and tagged accordingly. Some REALLY nice stuff can get donated. It's a fun way to spend a few hours and we walked away with 'another man's treasures' without breaking the bank.

Not the friendliest staff. Definitely try another location. Head cashier is rude. Customers are the reason you're in business

Vintage clothing feels better made than the mass produced pieces in major retailers today, so I always feel better buying a well made vintage item knowing it has years of wear left and of course. You can definitely tell the owner is meticulous about the condition of the clothing which I really appreciate. The owner is great at sharing new pieces in the shop on instagram (@wilderbagco) when items are rotated. And she is on it, yall! I feel like she's posting new stuff everyday. You can even reserve or purchase a piece that catches your eye if you can't make it to the shop immediately. It's also nice to support a small local business who supports other small businesses and area entrepreneurs. I really get the feeling a part of every dollar is given back to the community in some way. Anyway, would highly recommend, if anything because their selection is unique and well curated!

Stumbled onto this awesome vintage store in downtown Colorado this weekend and so glad I did!…read more The first rack of clothes I saw was vintage dresses mostly from the 90's which were beautiful and in excellent condition. Then as I made my way throughout the store I also saw vintage leather and suede purses and boots. And they also carry a beautiful selection of rare vintage silver jewelry along with a few new unused pieces of jewelry. They have an awesome selection of old school Levi's jeans and cut off shorts and they also sell some cute plants. I think this store is pretty awesome and there are some really great finds. I was able to find an amazing leather 70's bag in great condition and a cute pair of brand new tiny heart shaped sterling silver earrings at a great price. I'm totally digging this vintage store and looking forward to shopping here again. The owner of the store seems to be the one who shops for the items she sells and has great taste-- and I love it! Thanks Good Eye for making my vintage clothes dreams come true in CO!

After recently moving to the springs from the deep south, I drove to Denver multiple times to hunt down the wardrobe pieces I needed to handle this new climate. It was an exciting relief to discover I could locally find the high quality clothing staples I wanted at affordable prices. This store features the most unique graphic tees I've seen anywhere, including online. I've also purchased a luxurious kimoni that garners loads of compliments, boots, Scully jeans, and a leather moto jacket that looked like the one I recently saw on the cover of Vogue (only mine cost a couple thousand dollars less :) Ha! -- I've shopped here so often now that the lovely owner and staff know me by first name.

When I brought the students in, Mr. Proby was very kind and explained everything in detail! He made sure they were comfortable at every step of getting an awesome suit! He showed them how the measurements work and how to look professional and sharp in various suits. Men's Xchange donated a graduation suit, two shirts (one for prom and one for graduation), multiple ties, and everything they needed to feel great and snazzy! Now, they are using their suits to go on job and internship interviews! This kindness made the lives of local students so much better! This made their senior year milestones so much more joyful. Due to the kindness and altruism of this company, the students in our community feel so much more confident and happy! I would absolutely go here for any suit needs! I would also highly recommend bringing a young person here for a first suit because Mr. Proby will take the time to hear them, teach them, and show them how to style at each step! Thank you Men's Xchange!
