Jonny, said he was investigating the issue. I've had no response from him or anybody from his company since, despite sending multiple emails. They charged me £30 for, what I consider, a very mediocre wash and, what I suspect happened, blasted the paint off the base of my windscreen wiper blade with the jet wash. However it happened the wiper blade was perfectly fine when I dropped the car off, but damaged when I collected it. All in all not at all impressed. Feel ripped off with the high charge, and now having to foot the bill for a repair to my car.
