I always go thru the drive thru at Arby's in Perry. But last week, I ate in the dining room and experienced a fly infestation and mentioned it to a cashier and ended up throwing the food away. I responded to a survey at the bottom of the receipt. James, the manager, called me today. Very unapologetic and condescending. I asked to speak to a district manager and Steve called me and all he wanted to do is argue about how wonderful James is. I was giving feedback about flies in the restaurant. I don't want to share my meal with flies. Flies are nasty. James and Steve don't care about Arby's or food safety. They don't want feedback. I made a subsequent phone call to Arby's customer relations and the feedback James gave to corporate about our conversation was very untruthful. If you care about food safety and your health, avoid Arby's in Perry, Georgia. Avoid this location in Perry. I suggest Jersey Mike's or Chick-fil-A. They welcome customers and do a great job. Arby's in Perry is dangerous. read more

Giving one star only because once you get your food, it was decent. However it took ten minutes for the person behind the counter to recognize our group. Had we known it was going to take so long for those in our group to place and receive their orders, we would have left. By the time the first half of our group received their food, the rest were still waiting to order. Our group was 20 people but nothing a fast food restaurant hasn't seen before. I will say that the inside and bathrooms were clean, possibly because the place was empty until we arrived. Save your time and your money, go elsewhere. It took us over an hour. read more

Horrible service and we were given a rotten and slimy sandwich. The second I put it in my mouth, I was greeted with a horrible slimy and rancid taste that made me want throw up. The workers were incredibly rude and none of them washed their hands after touching their phones while working and serving food. Those workers need to be written up and taught proper food handling ethics. I will never go to this Arby's again and I pray to the gods that I don't have food poisoning from that horrible slimy sandwich. ****EDIT: it is July 10th at 1AM. I had just finished throwing up my food. I'm fairly sure I did get food poisoning from this Arby's. I came through the other night, and I couldn't find the mailer coupon for 2 for $5 regular roast beef sandwiches. The nice young lady told me not to worry about it. The sandwiches were so good. I just moved to the area, and there was only 1 or 2 Arby's in the big city I used to live in, so I didn't get to have it very often. Thank goodness I'm here, so I can have it more often. read more

this experience was horrible! When i walked in, it was a bug fest! there was bugs dancing and playing, it looked like a doctor suess book . there was this creepy old, weird man in the corner banging his head in a 8 count rhythm. When i walked up to the counter, i knew i'd regret it. This lady sounded like she was on something when she was taking my order. "Hu cub I get u yo leave faster" (that's what she sounded like.) I ordered and about 45 MINUTES LATER, she threw my food at me and said "i can't deal with ugly white people, im going on my cigarette break." She was so rude and why did it take 45 minutes to make two items?(curly fries and ham sandwich.) I tried the food, EW! it had white hairs placed around the wet meat , a nail on the bread and more hair on the fries. One star is too nice, I will be going to sonny's barbecue next time! read more

First off I fell for the new scam so I am a little torqued. Ordering from the drive through. "Do you want a medium or large drink?" Not mentioning anything about small. She handed me drinks that were way bigger than we usually get (small). So $20.00 for two meals later I get home and open my roast beef Gyro. There was about half of the roast beef I usually get. So I feel ripped off for the size of my fries and drink and reamed for the amount of roast beef in my gyro. Arby's used to be a treat. It was a really bad experience today. read more

Not good! Been in twice in the last 3 weeks. Both times I walked up to a counter that has no one working and no one in sight. Both times I stood waiting awkwardly wondering if anybody would show up. Then the same female manager, who I saw outside smoking on my way in, comes walking in blowing smoke into the restaurant as she comes. Extreme lack of professionalism and slow and poor service. It's very disappointing to go to the same fast food place for many years and have them deny military discount when they do offer it. I swear this Arby's can't get out of its own way long enough to be a consistently good restaurant. Got carryout for dinner last night, and it was mostly very good, but (there's always a 'but' with these folks) there were two big problems with the meal that makes this a 3-star review instead of 5 stars. We played it safe and just got classic roast beef sandwiches and curly fries. The sandwiches were the half pound size...except one of them wasn't. We looked at two of them, and they were fine with the same amount of roast beef as usual, but that third one tripped them up...it had less than half as much roast beef in it as the other two did. Of course, they *charged* us for 3 half pound ones, but actually gave us 2 of those and 1medium (if it was even that). And, for the 2nd or 3rd time recently, they were out of horsey sauce. A roast beef place that regularly runs out of their own version of horseradish-based sauce. So, even the "safe" part of the menu here isn't always safe. The roast beef and curly fries are really good, but dine here at your own risk. read more

This new location always seems to mess my order up, every time I go they either leave something out or give me the wrong item. Everytime I have to go back for them to fix it they act like it was my fault. Never had problems from either Warner Robins locations but this one in Perry needs some help. I used to eat Arby's at least once a week but since moving to Perry and being stuck with this location I'm hesitant everytime I go.
