Well I pulled up to the drive through and someone said something almost inaudible. I ask them to repeat and there was no answer. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch and potato cakes. She took my money with not a word. Got home to a rather pitiful Italian something that looked like it had been sitting there since noon. Worst Restaurant I've been to in a while. My original order was an gyro and a couple jamocha shakes. Jamocha was not available...no biggie. Ordered an gyro, no tomatoes, no gyro seasoning, but please add extra "gyro sauce". I received an gyro with no tomatoes, no seasoning, and zero tzatziki. Bummed that it was so bland and dry. It's the sauce that makes the meal. Glad y'all kept the tomatoes off...but really wanted the sauce. If the jamocha shakes were available and even though my food was messed up, I'd give a 5 star. I missed out on everything that takes me to Arbys. I really hate being mean. Usually Arby's is pretty tasty. The Salted caramel cookie a must!!! Ordered Arby's through DoorDash and the order didn't come with 4 different things we paid for. At this point, it's the DoorDash delivery driver's fault. Cool, that's fine. We call Arby's about the items and end up having to go get them in person. Also fine. My friend goes to pick them up, which is like a 10-15 min drive from his house. We're all starving, because we hadn't eaten all day and have been working on their backyard. He finally comes back and they only have 2 of the missing 4 items on the list. We were missing 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches. His wife then calls back to explain, and this time she goes to pick it up. While she was there waiting on the food to be made, she could hear comments from the employees making the food, sarcastically saying stuff like "I wonder where those 2 beef and cheddars could have went." Making her feel like she's someone who would lie for free food. I understand that people may do that to get free food, but it's unnecessary and disrespectful to mistreat people for just asking what they paid for. Because we WEREN'T trying to get extra food for free, we just wanted to eat after working hard all day. I want to point out that throughout the experience both of my friends were calm and nice about the whole thing. Getting our order wrong is frustrating, but it happens. DO BETTER ARBY'S. read more

This Arby's is terrible. Been here twice in the last couple of weeks. Both times they got our order wrong. No sweet tea, to late to make anymore. Both times I ordered two sandwiches, both were wrong both times. I won't quit going to Arby's because I like their food, but I won't be eating at this one. read more

Ordered 4 combos. Gave my husband drinks and 2 bags with the fries, without any sandwiches. He didn't notice till he got home. Yes, I know he should have checked the bag. Gas is too expensive to have to drive to Arby's and back twice to get our order. Please do better. read more

Have been here at least three times & is always a nightmare. One time they had no Arby's sauce, Jamocha shakes or turnovers. The next time my order was wrong & I didn't know they gave me the wrong sandwich until I got it home to open it. The last time the roast beef was old, hard & over cooked. Absolutely dreadful. I ordered a beef dip and it was terrible. All bread with hardly any meat. The curly fries were dry and hard. The root beer was just carbonated water with a little syrup. No pride is taken when running this place. I used to like Arby's. Not anymore I won't be coming back. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

The slowest drive through in town! During COVID most fast food places drive throughs are faster, but not Arby's!

Terrible ultimate BLT. Bacon was like rubber! Don't think it was real bacon! Tomato was yellow!

Went through drive thru and was told to pull up to wait for order. They weren't busy but we pulled up. We waited 10 minutes and no one else that came in the line had to wait for their food at all so we thought that was odd. We didn't order but two meals. A girl finally came out finally to give us our food and she dropped it all on the ground. We couldn't believe it after waiting over 10 minutes already just to now have to wait another 10 or so minutes for them to redo our order. Once we got it she double bagged it and said 'sorry for the wait, have a good day' We hoped she would at least ask if we needed anything or would compensate something for us waiting over 20 minutes but nope nothing. Definitely will think before going to this location again. read more

Worst Arby's I have ever been to the fries were cold and burnt and tasted like they had been sitting in grease for hours my chicken sandwich was over cooked and to make things better when I ordered an apple turnover I watched one of the workers come up to the counter lift the display lid and take one of the turnovers I then watched him up it in my bag. Then when I complained the manager said she saw nothing wrong with my order and how my food looked. Stay out of this place I later found out a friend of mine had eaten there a day later and had to go to the hospital with food poisoning and this place was the only place he had eaten that day so do your self a favor keep drive past this place. read more

Newly Remodeled so it looks really nice and cleaner for now at least. I ordered a small sandwich around 2pm just as a quick snack. One person was in front of me and we sat in the drive-thur for over 15 minutes. When I got my sandwich the wrapper was on backwards. They seem to be careless. I love arby's this one was just remodeled so was happy to come back and see it. Everything looks nice, but tables were dirty when i walked in. Came in at 4:30pm drive through was busy inside wasn't too bad about 3 orders. Ordered a french dip meal. Took 11 minutes to get my order. The sandwhich was done for 2 minutes but they were focusing on drive through didn't seem to care about dine in. When they finally decided to get my sandwhich they were out if fries as they went out the drive in. Had ti wait the extra 2-3 minutes in them. Au juice was room temperature even when container says extremely hot. I even had to ask for my au juice to get it as they once again were rushing to get back to drive through. Probably not coming to this one again. Of course it seems you will be fine if you go through the drive in. read more

One can only pretend to enjoy the taste of soured sweet tea for so long before they make the switch to another drink type. Past 3 times I've ordered tea from there, it's warm and has a slight/full-on sour taste to it. The foods okay, and they rarely mess up my order. But Sometimes the fries have the texture of an uncooked potato, though. Only reason I come back is because it's the only fast food that doesn't make me nauseated or give me the runs after eating it. read more

me, my stepdad, and my mom stopped by the drive thru a few minutes ago. my step dad ordered a meat mountain and they said their biggest sandwich was a half pound of roast beef. she muted her headset and then came back and read us our order back and at the end she said "meat mountain". we got our sandwiches and the meat and everything else was falling off the bread & the meat mountain did NOT look like it was supposed to. read more
